All about NIT JAMESHPUR

I'm from NIT Jamshedpur, if you want to join any of IITs or NITs then first you have to give an exam called Jee. Jee consists of two papers 1. Jee main for NITs 2. Jee advanced for IITs Now if you got selected there then there is a counselling process by jossa where you have to pay a certain amount fee for the initialisation of the admission process. There is a certain criterion for jee advanced that if you have cleared once and you didn't join now so next year you can't prepare for that but jee main this is not the case. I wouldn't say about marks as it varies every year but 200+ is a decent mark to fetch you an NIT.

I choose ECE because this branch is eligible for software jobs as well as any core jobs. That means you can choose on your own what you wanna do. Faculty: Many of them are PhD holders. Quite easy for the circuital branch and slightly tougher for another branch. And they are very supportive too if you have any doubts just call them they will reply to you and answer all your questions. Exams are mid sem and end sen

For the 1st semester, it is 116000 And for the remaining semesters, it is 104000. Including hostel and mess fee No hike from 2 yrs. Fee remission is as follow- 2/3 for a salary between 1 lacs to 5 lacs Full remission for below 1 lacs. You can take Ekalyan scholarships too. Best placement and internship among NITs. Its rank is improving every year.

The new building of 113 crores was built in 2020 with world-class facilities. This was the reason that this college was lagging for many years but now it's constructed and increased the rank by 50 up. There are many clubs and societies. I'm listing some of them. The hostel is Mandatory for BTECH students and it will be fun too. As you'll be spending most of your time with your friends.
