Remarks
I had applied to VIT college but I was supposed to shift my house to study there which was quite difficult for me to adopt a new place. Here in the presidency, the admission process is quite easy you have to pay an advance amount to block your seat and you can avail of some discount on a fee if you have scored more than a specified percentage (will be mentioned by the college).
Course Curriculum Overview
I like to learn about software and computers so I have opted for the BCA course. There are enough and a correct number of faculty in this college and students will be divided into sections like there maybe 50 people in one section. Quality of teaching is very good at this college in fact they take care of us more than the school teachers. Most of the teachers have done their doctorate and Ph.D. Considering the online situation we had one preparatory exam and there will be a weekly exam. It was easy to pass.
Placement Experience
I am in the second semester I have no proper idea about placement. But I have heard they get a good placement here. The percentage must be above 60 to get placed. My plan is to prefer a master's course so that I may even get a good salary from it.
Fees and Financial Aid
In the first semester, you will have to pay 90000 per year which is for two semesters, and from next year the fee is 75000. The scholarship is given based on marks for the first year. There is no price hike policy. The exam fee has to be paid separately.
Campus Life
The campus is very small. No ground to play. The ambiance of the college is average. They conduct annual fests in their main branch. And the college library is also quite small. In the classrooms, there is no ventilation. The washrooms are too bad. They conduct sports outside the campus. There is no encouragement if sports in this college. There are many clubs like Rotaract, Disha, HR. Which are run by students. I think this is the best part of this college.
