Remarks

Yes, I availed quota (OBC) for admission. Minimum marks of 12th are above 55 percent. Admission in the program mainly depends on the cutoff of the CUCET Exam. The age limit is not defined. But one should have completed intermediate. For admission in program B.A.B.Ed, the combination of subjects in intermediate doesn't need to be among Arts. The students of science can also apply for the program. For the admission process, I registered myself on CUSB’s ERP portal. One thing that should be kept in mind is that the registration slip should be submitted to counselling day.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

I have chosen this course because of its curriculum and faculty members. The curriculum of the obtained subjects is good. As the course is of four years integrated B.A.B.Ed so sometimes the curriculum seems hectic. All the faculty members are very good. Most of the faculty members are PhD holders. They teach us very well. They clear the confusion of students in a good way. In this regard, teachers are very patient. The terms exams were conducted on time and it was not difficult to pass. In term exams, questions were based on understanding, remembering, and application. Due to Covid-19 previous exam was a little delayed.

Placement Experience

4.5

From the 6th and 8th semesters, students become eligible for campus selection. Gandhi fellowship programme visited. The highest package is 4 lakh and the average package is 2 lakh. 5-10 percent of the students got placement. I have planned to become a teacher through CTET and TET after getting the degree.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is semester-wise. The cost differs a little according to the odd-even semester. It also depends on in which year the students are enrolled. For example, the students who were enrolled in 2019 pay 6118 in the odd semester and 5500 in the even semester. Scholarships have also been provided to the students. For example Scholarships for CUCET toppers and Semester toppers. Attendance-based scholarships are also provided. I have not got any scholarships, financial assistance & job on campus.

Campus Life

5

Annual fests like deepotsav, Saraswati puja and national festivals are conducted. Books and journals are both available in the library in an abundant amount. Classrooms are fully equipped as per the requirements. Sports like volleyball and extracurricular activities like singing, dancing, drama & theatre are also conducted on the campus. The campus life is very exciting.

Hostel Facilities

5

In hostels, separate cupboards, beds, tables, and chairs are provided to the hostlers. Meals of mess are nutritious and quality is also good. Overall hostel facility is good. The registration process is done online. No, I have not rented a room or PG.
