My experience at Sri Aurobindo Institute of Technology

Before applying for SAIT I have opted for the acropolis cs branch and got a seat they're successfully, But later in my 3rd counselling I switched to SAIT, the main reason was that the fees of SAIT are relatively less than Acropolis, And as they are affiliated to the same university so it didn't make much difference for me. The admission process was easy for me. The staff helps me throughout the process and as for counselling, the director sir personally takes the counselling session and guides us to their level best. I got CS branch at SAIT through college level counselling round.

I am currently in the 5th semester of my CS branch and so far the faculty was very corporative. The reason I decided to choose CS Branch at SAIT is that they have all sorts of specialized labs as in CISCO INTEL, AWS, ARENA ANIMATION, etc which can set a pedestal for my career. At SAIT, there are brilliant Faculties and trainees specialized in their respective courses or field. The Examination process was smooth and on time, and as for difficulty they are pretty tough in my perspective you have to at least give 6-8 hours of the week to the subjects of the main course apart from coding.

For the internship parts, they provide summer and winter training sessions for your respective courses after your 4th semester. There are plenty of opportunities at SAIT for internships, the teachers help us to prepare ourselves to get an internship program.

At SAIT, the placement cell is working hard to get more MNC's. frankly speaking the placements at SAIT is at 7.5 on a scale of 10. But sooner or later the new opportunities will be there. According to what I have in my knowledge from my seniors the placements phase are most likely to start after the 6-7 semester. If you want to get a decent placement my advice is that you should almost maintain your CGPA above 8 pointers as it will beneficial for you. And should have a proper skill set and strong resume to get a good placement.

The fees are affordable for almost all categories of students. As it is 40000 per annum (20000 each semester) excluding Bus fees (i.e 5000 per annum). And as for scholarships, for OBC, SC, ST categories students have pretty decent scholarship schemes from the government welfare.

I am currently in the third year of my college, and so far it was a pretty good experience for me while making new friends and mentors. Talking about cultural fests and events, We have an annual fest named COGONISE, in which we have a blast. it consists of DJ Night, Paintball War, Dramas, Nukkad acts, and much more. The library is well structured and has a wide range of books for all branches. It has a Well furnished sitting area with a capacity of 30 plus students. Further talking about infrastructure and amenities, SAIT has all sorts of necessary facilities as in well-maintained gardens and playgrounds( tennis court, soccer field, cricket ground, etc), the parking and ATM are nearby, the projectors are well maintained in labs and classrooms, the washrooms are cleaned the fold supply at the canteen is hygenic. At SAIT, we have socials/cultural clubs for codings geeks, photographers, music lovers, etc.
