SAIT : Where learning begins

In curriculum, specific subjects like OOPM , data structure and algorithm , problem solving etc attracted me as they allign with my interest in technology and software development. The college prepares you well theoretically but what I think is that it lacks internships,hands on experience and real life job related stuff. I think there should be more practical approach of teaching, more case studies, project works related to real life problems. Exam timings are well good but a class test after completion of each unit will be more good

Companies:Deltecs Infotech, Apmosys, 50Hz etc. Internships with stipends were offered by companies like Deltecs Infotech (?10,000/month, Software Development), Apmosys (?8,000/month, Quality Assurance), and 50Hz (?12,000/month, IoT Development). Students work on many projects during semester sessions and in holidays too.

Usually our college students start getting placements after or during 3rd year. Manikaran Power 50Hz, Apmosys ,Deltecs Infotech and some other companies visited . Last year highest package was 6.5LPA and average 3LPA . Around 20-25% students get placements . My plans are to appear in competition exams like GATE, ISRO , MPPSC etc . Software development and development of technical skills...

I pay around 55000 Rupees per year, Tution fees paid in two installments per semester around (Rs. 26000) i.e 52000 per year , no caution fees , registration+admission fees is Rs. 2000 , no other extra charges Fees same for all categories No scholarships from college side But eligible students do apply for category and other scholarships which are provided by government.

Cognise is our major event held annually and other regional fests like kiye fest etc Most festivals are also celebrated with great enthusiasm. Treasure hunt , hackathon and coding competitions are famous among students. Facilities related to classroom and all is sufficient with smart boards and all. We have a pretty good library with studios environment, computers are too present in library area for students. A lack Sports facility as it's only during major fest and at regular days, once a week a sport lecture is there but no guidance and no appreciation regarding it . Many clubs, including social and non social but not active much.

I chose this college over other because it's more affordable. I got admission in this college via MPDTE counselling session. The admission process is very easy all one need is our complete document set and need to appear in JEE exam.

Faculty to student ratio is around 1:40 . Faculty members are very approachable I admire our Honourable Director Aaqil Bangalowala Sir and HOD for their dedication and commitment to their work. They inspire students with their guidance and professionalism. Exams and Difficulty Level: The exams are moderately challenging, with 2-3 mid-semester tests (MSTs) and 1 end-semester exam per semester. Most students manage to clear the exams with consistent effort and preparation.

College campus is nice and very safe with garden , canteen and hive area. And all but No night activities as College campus opens at 8:00AM and close at 6:00PM And the nearby area is not so safe to hangout during off time
