The place to learn and grow

The admission process involved appearing in MCQ based test and interview with the director. I applied via management quota seats. during the admission process, I took a brief tour of the campus and visited the lab's workshops and classes. The campus is huge and surrounded by greenery. During the admission process, I was also interviewed by the HOD about my interest in the field and what I knew about the field of Civil Engineering.

The faculty members are laborious and put their effort behind the students. The curicullum is as per AKTU. There are some extra-curricular activities involving various technical competitions and workshops. Guest lectures from prominent research fellows are organised from time to time.

Tata Chemicals, MGS body works, India Nippon, India thermite, Justdial, Tata Motors, TVS Motors, the project involved monitoring the output process and reporting errors. After 2 weeks they allow you to touch the machine to perform any repair or to reset in case of error.

The placements at college are good. The huge placement drive is organised with the board of apprenticeship, and round the year placement takes place. companies belong to the MNC group. The highest package is 12 lac in Atlas Copco.

The scholarship is provided to students applying via jee or UPSEE. The fee is at par with other colleges in Lucknow. It is affordable given that the institute provides scholarships based on merit in high school or intermediate marks.

There are a number of fests organised at my college. Springfest by MBA deptt, mechova by Mechanical deptt, electric Tarang by electrical, code hackthon by cs dept. I have found all the books I needed in the library. There is also a facility for research journals in the library. Games and sports are also organised. The basketball, volleyball, athletics, cricket football grounds are also there on the campus.

The hostel rooms are for 2 or 3 occupancies, bed, table, chair and almirah is provided in the room. The food is healthy, the menu is made by the student committee. A routine of season and green vegetables are provided. You have to apply for a hostel during admission. It can also be availed in case of any vacancy.
