Internship

I started my course in the year 2019. The University take the entrance exams of the candidates and you have to pass them. After that next process of admission is GD/PI round. The questions were quite moderate in the entrance exams and the interviewer was also good.

The course curriculum and faculty members are good teachers who are very helpful and well educated. They give us extra knowledge apart from books our university has a very friendly environment. There are 6 semesters during our course and the paper was from moderate to quite challenging as the semester passes.

I have not been provided with an internship. But one of my friends from another stream got an internship in Tech Mahindra. He got a stipend of 16000 per month. Internship works are based on regular tasks and we have to complete them in a limited period.

Placement is quite good here almost all 80% of students got placed every year from University and students in 4 semesters get the opportunity of internships. I am in 2 years of study and likely to get an internship next year. Many MNCs like Tata, Capgemini, Tech Mahindra select students for jobs.

The fees of the university are quite heavy as I have to pay approx 80000 for 1 year for my course. The faculty also provides scholarships to students who have done good in their entrance examinations. Our Campus also provides placement based on students overall performance during the whole academic year. Many students do internships in MNCs.

Campus life is good here. Every Sunday used to play sports and other games on the campus. There is a very well developed library room is there where we can find all types of books regarding our studies.

Hostels are quite good here. The staffs are very good at cooking and the meals are very good but it is costly based on your choice of Meals. Non-veg. Meals are quite costly than vegetarian ones. You can register for the hotel once getting admission.

The topics of GD were basically about our daily life. The interviewers focused mainly on our speaking skills and our confidence to talk with others. The admission process is both online and offline. I personally prepared for this round by following some YouTube channels or gain experience from my elders.
