My College Tour

The admission process was very easy.At First I applied for the course from the website of the college ( Aghore Kamini Prakash Chandra Mahavidyalaya). I also applied for other college.But later i decided to join this college due to hostel facility of this college. I am from General caste, so i didn't opt for any quota. The criteria of the couse was 70% marks in Higher Secondary Board Exam and 80% marks on the Particular subject of the preferred course.The minimum age limit was 18 and maximum was 27 for applying. When i applied i had paid 500 rupees for application.After 1 week i got an email from the college for the online councilling. Then i did the necessary requirement for the councilling.Belive me it was very easy. After the counciling I waited for 10 days..Then i was finally informed that I got the chance for the cource of Chemistry Honours. Then i visited the college and paid my 1st semister fees of 2500 rupees.After that class of the course was started.

The exams were taken frequently. The teachers of the each subjects generally took a class test after 2 week. Then before the semister there was a full marks test.. I wouldn't say that it was very easy to pass all the exams..But if you follow the classes regularly then you must do well in the exam and pass the exam easily.. The questions were also setted according to the university pattern.

I applied for various scolarship..I received Swami Vivekananda Merit Cum Means Scholarship ..I received 8000 rupees for this scholarship. I also received 5000rupees from the university scholarship. I got a job from the campus with stipend 12000 rupees

There are many social groups and clubs in the college campus which were run by the students.' Helping Hand' is the most popular of them.It provides heps to the poor people of that area. They helped a lot of people in the lockdown time. Also the 'Aamra Kojon ' clubs of the science students joined with them.

The locality was very goid.One can easily find rented house or PG at a reasonable rate. One can also opt for hostel. There are also mess facilities..The location & the phone numbers were also given in the College premises. The rent of PG was 3000 per month.
