Remarks

In west bengal all the government colleges are same , doesn't mean where you have , you need your personal attitudes and style to perform here , I don't have any remarks ,, speechless , but overall not good expriencce or not bad one

Course Curriculum Overview

2

Nutrition provide lots of course field after graduation , but I like the sports science , its just like e drug to me to became e athelets nutrition trainer ,Exam is semester base , number in provide in gread poind .

Placement Experience

2.5

In the paricular course a number of variety job oppertunities are available , No my college didn't provide any internship , anyone can get just the certifocation from here , the time training is very bad and survice is very poor

College Events

1

I didn't remember anything , no parties and events were made here , expect freashers , teachers day and fairwell , those were made by students only in depertment , Sometimes it is ever wrost to go to college just for a certification

Fee Structure And Facilities

Expensive , fees structure is very expensive in our college , the annual fees is about 15000 for a particular year , thoug the nutrition course didn't require the this , but if had then it must be a practical base couse overall

Fees and Financial Aid

Nothing , they dont provide anything , but you can get a scholarship in the basis of your 10th and 12th criatria , or any other equivalant exam by perform , the chief minister also provide a scholarship

Campus Life

2

Labs are looking so poor ,, just look like a 18th base lab, perfomance is very bad , exprience is very bad , but the teachers are good to discuss about all , the helps lots , but you have to perform to get the best one

Alumni/Alumna

Seniours are always better , the always helps juniors , a strong interact bond is here between seniors and juniors , they never make a little amount o ragging upon juniors , the also in touch even after complete their couse .

Admission

Fill the online form then attached required docoments and pay registration fees ,gatting the merit list , then pay course fees in online , verify every docoments in college, start joining course class.

Faculty

4

In my college faculty is not so good , infact the university provide theory base training , where nutrition is mainly practical base course , many practical materials are broken , the rules of university is very bad , choose a university outer from West bengal , they provide better faculty

My plans are to appear for the job interviews but not taking any as I want to study more.

College does provide internship opportunities both through the placement cell as well as department faculty. Semester 5 and Semester 7 students are eligible for placements. Average package is about 5.5 lakh per annum for microbiology course. Although placement percentage is on the lower side majority of students go for higher studies. Many prepare for exams like GATE, IIT JAM, etc.

Placement Experience:

college placements are good in this college with a number of good financial and consultancy firms coming in with new gen companies as well in the service and sales industry. moreoever getting a good placement in a top financial or consultancy placement requires a POR in a good society as a criteria, its not really required but adds to your chances of getting it. moreover you require to participate in a number of case study competitions for the same as well. my plans after graduation is probably working for a year or two after which i plan on doing my MBA. around 50-60% who apply get a placement.

In today's competitive job market it becomes important for the college to not just help students get degrees but also provide them with placements and internships so that they can have the experience needed to stand at a competitive footing with the rest of the candidates in the world. To look into this, St. Xavier's College has a Placement Cell run by Placements officer Mr. Niladri Sinha under whose guidance, various companies visit the college regularly looking for capable young minds to take under their wing and help provide them with the necessary exposure and experience so that they can combat any obstacles that they face.

The college offers good placements for economis. Students in their final year are eligible for campus placements and there is a cell dedicated to placements. Many students do not opt for placements and go for higher studies but many students who opt for it, get placed with decent packages. Many well-known companies visit the campus as well. I wish to explore my options after completing the degree as of now.
