Remarks

I applied for many colleges but due to high fees and long distances, I decided not to choose them. Then I search for a college nearby and I found this College. No, I don't have and quota. I got admission through a direct process without any exam.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose mechanical engineering because I am interested in how machines work and automobiles. The faculty to student ratio is 1:10 which is very good. The faculties are well educated and have proper knowledge about their respective fields. The exams are conducted on monthly basis and are quite tough.

Class Size: 45Course Fees: INR 45000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Online training and internships like Autocad, Revit, competitive programming, aptitude and many more are arranged by colleges for students. I have done many projects like making a new Refrigerator, assembling and disassembling a car, making electrified cars and remote control trucks under the guidance of teachers.

Placement Experience

Most of the students get eligible for placement at the end of the 3rd year or the start of the 4th year. Many companies visit us like TATA, Mahindra, SISCO etc. The average package is around 3 or 4 lacs annually. Students getting placed is around 70 to 80%. Online training has been arranged by colleges for students like Autocad, Revit, competitive programming and aptitude.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees are very reasonable compared to other colleges and there are many scholarship programs that students can avail. Many students apply here due to lower fees and good teaching. I haven't got any placement yet as I am in my third year now but I am sure I will get placed soon.

Campus Life

The social life at the campus is very good and enjoyable. There are many social and technical clubs like Eco club, Technical club, Dance club and many more. Techfest and many programs are organised annually. Students may choose which club to join as per their interests. The techfest annually is organised by students themselves and have many events and programs.

Jecrc have average placement they show 55 lakh package on advisement and 6 lakh at average placement, but I talked with senior they say placement is not good from jecrc. But I thought have good placement in jecrc university.

Decent college for the girls

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for summer internship (after 3rd year) from start of 3rd year (5th sem) and for the placements, companies come to the college from 7th semester onwards. Companies like jo Morgan, Deloitte, Flipkart, goldman sachs , PepsiCo ,oracle,bny ,ubs , rippling etc come here for placements, some of them come for 2months and 6months internship too. Average package offered by them is 9-10 lpa , jpmc , Goldman, visa they offer till 12 lpa and it can go up for some of the companies . Most of the companies allow to sit for 6.5cgpa and above but some of them allows 7.5 and above cgpa and jpmc allows 8.5cgpa and plus as far I know till now . I am currently looking forward to work in a company and get a placement.

The field of elctronics and communication engineering allows one to deal with electronics and learn all the possible tinkering with them which is a very fascinating part as all the gadgets possible today were made of them. The curriculum does satisfy this thirst by teaching about them in the class of electronics and electricals and then experimenting in the lab with them . The areas for improvement could be that if a student is interested in a specific field then should be allowed to venture that field throughly instead of sitting in every class , but that is an imrovement for the indian education system as as whole . The classes of every subject does occur frequently and and exams take place every month in a form of quiz or proper pen based exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I like computer science and I can see my future in this course. The current ratio in computer science courses is around 1:5. And we don't have technical communication teaching at present and the college is saying that they will recruit teachers as soon as possible. The student-teacher ratio in all the branches is around 1:3. All facilities are well qualified and teach well but they are not permanent and hence they may or may not be changed next year. There are two semesters in each year and an examination is conducted after each semester. The difficulty level of these exams ranges from moderate to difficult.

A neutral review for my college

The eligibility of course is getting 60+ percent in the 12th science stream. You can find its application form on online websites like collegedunia.com etc. Or you can directly fill out the form by going offline on campus. I got some reservations due to good grades in senior secondary education like the actual fee was 75000 and I got a fee waiver with a resultant fee of 35000.
