Remarks

I think the healthy and student-friendly education environment is not there.

Course Curriculum Overview

2

No course is bad if a student study hard courses are good, but the way of educating and making the students learn is not up to the mark there are just normal lectures of subjects nothing exciting is done to teach no industry-specific knowledge is provided, yes industrial visits are organized once or twice in a year.

Placement Experience

1

Companies who visit our college for placements are WIPRO, WONDER CEMENT, JK CEMENT, etc. The percentage of students placed every year from our college is 5-10%.

College Events

1.5

freshers party is organized for the newcomers and the funds are raised by second, third and final year students and farewell parties are also organized. Holi celebrations, Diwali celebrations. sports meet and technical fests are organized every year all though the participation is less.

Fee Structure And Facilities

I had sixty-five percent in my 12th so I got a concession of ten thousand and my annual fees became 45 thousand. I think it not expensive if we are talking about the degree of Bachelor Of Technology which is a pretty good course with a vast working field. Exam fees and admission fees are extra charges. Cash is accepted here.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes college offers scholarships to students in form of concession in fees which depends on the students 12th class grades on 60 or above there is a concession of 10000. 70 or above 15000 80 or above 20000 90 or above 25000.

Campus Life

1.5

There is nothing in the name of campus life not a single place on the campus where friends can chill out in their free time the gender ratio is ten to twenty-five percent females and seventy-five to ninety percent, males. There are labs such as chemistry lab, physics lab, and computer lab but the physics lab is not up to the mark.

Hostel Facilities

2

First of all, there is nothing good about the hostel and its rooms are small in size and have no such good facilities no lockers, no air conditioning system, and many more drawbacks. Also, there is no PGs near the college.

Alumni/Alumna

Seniors and alumni are good as a person and playful but they don't have a helpful and upraising nature.

Admission

I was interested in the technical field that's why I opted for this course I opted this institution because it is not too far from my resident and its easy to reach and return back home and it was rated good on the web had a 6-star rating, I visited the college and next day filled the college form.

Faculty

2

The number of lecturers in my course is always less than the number of lecturers required there is always a paucity of lecturers but the lecturers who are there are good and have good knowledge of their subjects, yes some of the lecturers hold relevant industry experience.

Placements in my collage are not very strong. A few companies visit, but the number is limited and the offer are also not very high . The average package is on the lower side and only a small number of students get placed through the campus. After completing my degree my plans is to continue improving my technical skills and apply for jobs outside the campus where the chances and salary packages are better.

IIIT Kota was initially running at the MNIT Jaipur which is under top 10 nits. IIIT Kota's placements faced a drastic decrement in placement percentage from 92% in 2021 to 74% in 2024, because the campus had shifted to kota in 2021. In 2023-2024 the number of offers was 140 and eligible students were 162, the higest package was of 65 lakh and avg was 13.09. Companies such as yamaha, jio, oyo, infosys, microsoft, samsung sds, amazon capegimini etc visits. Student not only dependent on on- campus, but should also be in touch of off-campanies, and in good approach with their senior. I will frequently keep applying for job interviews.
