CET organised by Gujarat government I scored about 74 out of 100. This is one of the oldest college in vallabh vidhyanagar and v. v.nagar is very well known for education.

The course of Production engineering is offered at hardly two or three places across the state and among them this college offers the best outcome. It has got accreditation recently and having faculties with huge experience, research facilities as well as machinery and technology is also a step ahead than usual universities.

Yes, during the post graduation one can opt for internship for lectureship and earn money while studying. They provide stipend according to the GTU rules and regulations if you have cleared and scored well in GATE.

Placement cell is indeed hard working and it shows in numbers as well. On campus the placement of the college is good if you have scored distinction throughout your curriculum, then you do not need to worry about getting placed. However, off campus placements also has an impact of the name of the college.

Most of the festivals and extra curriculum activities are organised by the college and its representative teams. Cultural programs, technical festival events (including various colleges among the state), annual day celebration, Signature day, formal day, and such days are celebrated among the college.

Fees structure is defined by the affiliated university GTU and under the guidelines of UGC which changes every year. However it has two parts, Government and self financed. I have, luckily, got admission under government programme and completed my bachelors of engineering having fees of 5000 per year and exam fees.

Gender ratios is nominal as you do not find much girls in engineering. Student/Dorm Parties - Farewell and freshers parties are celebrated inside the campus itself. Workshops, cultural societies or Student diversity and tolerance with regards to gender, ethnicity, race, religion, sexual orientation, politics and economic status.

Exam structure is well defined by the affiliated university GTU. It has the same structure followed by UGC guidelines, consisting of practical and theoritical marks. It consists of two internal exams of 30 marks each and practical exams related to the experiments performed throughout the semester. It also includes viva of about 25-50 marks in the presence of external faculty.

As the general admission process, conducted by L. D. Engineering college, was an offline process, unlike now. After getting admission at the L D engineering college, on the basis of merit rank, the confirmation is to be made withing 3 days of span from the date of admission at the college campus.

Faculties of BVM college are most experienced and each of them having at least 10 years of experience, in depth knowledge about the subject and having those yellow palled pages of notes used since 1960. They are strict and keen towards teaching and offer great knowledge if one is in search for.
