Bhadrak Autonomous College : A college you want to join

I have studied a 3-year bachelor's degree program in this college. This College lectures are really very supportive of our studies and they are also honored with many awards. And the office staff are also so helpful. Our college consists of a large Library, where you can enjoy studying many books. Our college premises has a small and beautiful garden. Also, our boy's common room has gym accessories.

I chose this course because I have an interest in chemistry. In the chemistry department, we have 5 classrooms including CLT and 3 laboratories (a great practical experience) with all the required equipment. We have 1 HOD sir, and 4 asst. Professors, and 3 guest faculties. And for laboratory department one sr. Lab assistant and 5 lab assistants. All the faculty members are highly qualified with p.hd. and guest faculty are with post-graduation degrees. All faculty are very supportive of our studies. About exams: We had total 6 semesters in 3 years and one internal exam for each semester. All exams are conducted timely And questions in the exam are quite average and little hard. We are able to do well in exams with the good teaching of our faculty members.

Companies like IT sectors give opportunities to internships to the students. And students are given well opportunities and a good amount of stipends so that students are well engaged. The students get nice handy stipends and job opportunities after the internship program

Our department of college also conducts a placement drive each year for college students, where many students get the opportunity of jobs. Around 20% of the whole students of college get placement in this drive. Companies of IT sector, chemical industries, and management companies visit our college for a placement drive. From semester 5 students are eligible for placement. The average annual package of placed students is 2 lacs

In my 3 years of college, we don't have a hike in fees. The number of fees is very less and affordable for all the students. There is also a scholarship system for economically weak students and schedule caste and scheduled Tribes students. Each student gets their facilities.

The annual fest is conducted every year in the month of January. Our college has a very large Library in which there is a very huge collection of books and journals. In each department also there is a Library for department students. Our college has a very large field in which sports like Cricket, football, athletic competition are conducted. And our college is also affiliated with NCC naval unit and army unit. We have also a basketball ground and a volleyball ground.
