Fakir Mohan Autonomous College was established way back in 1944. It was renamed Fakir Mohan College after the great Oriya poet and novelist Vyasakabi Fakir Mohan Senapati. The college has been providing graduate and post graduate programs in various disciplines. Through its evolving teaching techniques, the college has been successful in providing quality education and transforming the students into future managers and entrepreneurs. - Our botany HOD sir is an excellent person, especially I get every knowledge from him during my college days.
- Beautiful campus with my supportive batch mates including all staffs from various departments
Dislikes
- Local people and students. All students are irritate to their activities
- Local students are came college for doing funny activities and enjoy their life with their friends rather than studying
Admission:
In my previous answer I said that I have good options but I choose my nearby college. that time I also applied like 10 colleges for BSc. For Revenshaw I applied for Zoology but nevel qualified their cutoff. also applied Bhadrak Autonomous College for Botany same cutoff. lastly I go for this college. here the cutoff is 48%. admission is easier not a difficult thing. You have to go with all original documents including your intimation letter also xerox copy of everything. procedure takes upto 30 minutes to 45 minutes. Now a days all things are happenedd in online. So don't worry

- I appreciate the method of teaching style through different sections by digitally and modernization technology.
- Although I didn't live in the hostel but the campus inside college was very attractive and peace calm
Dislikes
- I don't like the sports facilities here. Only students of thish college can participate in the sports.
- The library was not well managed and also the librarician.
Admission:
I applied for other college like bhadrak autonomous, soro un, and rasalpur degree college . But due to lack of marks can't find there any seat. Although I wasn't interested in those college but still I chose this college as my choice.
Likes
- Mostly and frankly i liked the college campus and the infra structure and design. There are so well behaved and well trained professors and other lectures. But one of the most hated facility was the students in the other section having harsh behavior
- I full day included in the campus inside. Because the college boys hostel was inside the campus and i regular meet there to my freind. Inside the campus different types of curriculum activities are performed.
Dislikes
- There is nothing inside the college and campus that has to disliked. But i suggest through this to improve the teacher student interaction.
- At the end of the 3 years the campus fitting from top level infra and business. Students were engaged most through the campus selection.
Admission:
Yes , i applied for the other college under Fakirmohan University like Gopalpur HS school, Bala ngi Degree college and Remuna degree college but rejected in remuna degree college. In the 2nd selection i got the selection on fm autonomous.

I have choosen this college because it is known as one of of the best autonomous college in Orissa and now it is in 27th position of all india autonomous college ranking .the college have.a good environment for study

- The campus is in the middle of the town.
- Day scholars are allowed in hostel and can enjoy with their friends in Ganesh Puja and Saraswati Puja
Dislikes
- There are three campus which is sad cause we never get to see other departments students except annual function.
- Behaviour of the faculties and support staffs are unpleasant infact rude.

I wasn't sure about my admission in this college but wanted to be admitted. Cause I had done my 11th and 12th in the same college. I had applied for only 2 colleges. Thank God my first selection was here.

I choose this college accidentally but this turned out well the teachers college and ton of memories i made there also a lot of lifetime friends made by me there for which it differentiated from other colleges

I applied for ravenshaw collage but i didn't select because of high cut off. I scored 82.33% in 12th class. But the cut off for Revenshaw collage is higher than that. So i did not qualified. So, I choose F. M collage

- Infrastructure and lab facility is not well.

This is my 2nd selection college. My 12 th percentage is slightly low so I am not go to my 1st selection college. The cut off of this college is 75%. I scored 82.33% in my 12 th board. I apllied revenshaw college in my 1st selection.

- Good environment and teachers are very good
- Campus are so much batter then other colleges and I like the faculties very much

- College time management are not well as compared to other colleges

+2 pass students are eligible for study in this college.. We can find the application form from the college website... All information are available on the college website and we can find the amount of money required.. Frequency and timing are declared by the lactures .. Exams are very tough in my opinion.. Exams questions should be easy for backbenchers

- Teachers are friendly and gives good vibe to students.. Sports are super amazing.

- Building are very old and not that attractive..
- College is not that clean as expected , and some of the peons are lazy.

We should pass 12th board exam for this course. The application form can be find on online and ofline both application dates are also announced in college website. Application fees are mentioned in application form. Exams are preety good and allow all the students to pass but to be a topper it is much difficult.. Dedication and self confidence is important for improvement
