Course Curriculum Overview

As BCA is a professional course and it has a good future so I choose this course. There are 12 lectures in our department. The ratio of faculty and student is 12/60. The Faculties are highly qualified and they teach in easy method.As a result a student can understand quickly. The exam will held in a 6 month and passing mode of exam is moderate.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 15972 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The Annual fee of our college is 15972. There are various types of scholarship available in our college like Prayrana, National scholarship,SR Jindal scholarship etc. This College give scope of a Software developer.

Campus Life

Curriculum activities are held in our college and I am also part in this activity. NCC is available in our college to inspire student towards the defence line. There are various sports available in our college like Football, Tennis, Cricket etc.

Admission

You must have passed 10th and 12th with minimum 60 percent to apply for this Course. The admission process is offline mode. The application form is available in college website. Reservation benefits can possible only for SC/ST students. The admission process should be online.

The best and detailed review

Placement Experience:

As Rourkela is a tier 3 city the placement opportunities are no as much as the tier 1 cities but the college still provides placements oppertunities with a decent amount of starting package of 4LPA.The college brings alot of companies for job and intership through it's long and good establishment in the city. The students becomes eligible for campus placement from 5th semester onwards as they have enough projects. Infosys, Capgemini,Dalmia,etc companies visited and highest package was 4.5 Lpa and average was 4lpa with 2 lpa as the lowest. Getting a MCA degree afterwards is most preferable for getting a better job.

After 4 semesters students are eligible for placements. No such give company came to college, only a few companies which provide only 2lakhs per annum packages. Only a few get placements. My plan is to pursue higher study after.

From the 5th semester, you got eligible for placements. There are a lot of companies visited reliance is one of them. They recruit well-knowledged and smart students. There is an average salary of Rs. 3.5lacs is offered according to your course. An average of 50% of students gets placements. I want to become a software engineer after getting the degree.

Remarks:

I am doing my distant BCA from Sambalpur University with my going job. The university experience is quite fun and hardworking, as the course wasn't much easy and I had to work hard to clear examinations. The good support of teachers also helps me keep going.
