Review of Presidency College Bangalore

I had applied for Presidency College. Because it's really good at providing placements. I didn't apply to any other college. I only applied for Presidency College for BCA. My admission fee is 75000 per year.

I choose this course because BCA (Bachelor of Computer Application) was good at the Presidency and I heard it has a good scope there. Faculties in the Presidency are really well qualified with good teaching skills. So Students feel easy to understand topics. In Presidency most of the faculty have completed UG and PhD. They use ppt presentations to make students understand the topics and provide related notes to the students. They conduct term exam's where students can test their ability. Offen the test is intermediate level.

In Presidency College students are eligible to take up the placement from the final year that is the 5th semester. Infosys, Deloitte, De Shaw, Wipro, DXC Technology, SLK, SAP, cognizant. I have made 2 offers. The package starts from 2.1 lakhs to 7.5 lakhs. 90% of students get placed. My plan is to work in a company after the completion of my degree.

In presidency for BCA, it's 75000 for the 1st year, 2nd year: 65000, 3rd year: 65000. This is the fee structure of the BCA department of 3 years. They provide scholarships if you secure good marks in exams. And concession is done bases on various aspects like Marks, Caste etc.

Presidency College has a good campus. They conduct an annual IT fest called Techmirize. It is conducted in the month of October. Library facilities: Books are always available in the library. You aval it if needed and have to return within the due date. The classroom is really good with a good desk and chair with a projector. Sports happens on campus and intercollege competitions are also conducted. They have many clubs like NSS, Culture, NCC, Rotaract club.
