Outlook ICARE keeps Nirma University at 13th position for MBA program amount private colleges.CAT scores are used to shortlist candidates for the selection process. GMAT scores are used to shortlist overseas students. Academic records are screened during the selection process to judge if the candidate is suitable. Theme Development Presentation and personal Interview are the other methods of assessment.
Course Curriculum Overview
The mantra for students as advocated by the institute is analysing, creativity and evaluating. This is aka the modern order of thinking as demanded by the organisations these days. This thought itself vouches for the employability that the institute want to boost. To enable this, the learning is not kept only to the classroom. Placement Experience
The placements are facilitated by Corporate Relationship Cell(CRC). Students are actively involved in the process through the Placement Committee. In the year 2020, the highest CTC was INR 12.33 LPA and the average was INR 9 LPA. Majority of the placements were in BFSI sector. Some of the 85 companies that visited were Adani, Cognizant, Care Ratings, SBI Life, EXL, Axis Bank, Torrent Power and Whitehat Junior.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is vast; tuition fee amounts to INR 4,76,000 for each year.The rest of the charges are for Student Activity Fee, Examination Fee, Registration Fee, Mess, Convocation, Accommodation, study material, laundry and placement. Merit based scholarships are extended by the institute.
Campus Life
Even in an organisation, activities of employees are not limited to cubicles or cabins. As interpersonal and organisation skills are required for curating seminars, presentations and meetings, it's important that students have a lot of exposure in college.
