The reason I have chosen unitedworld school of business because it is one of the leading corporate business schools in India and also have a good placement records. Furthermore it also provides add on certificate courses which include, Rular Management Immersion, certificate in entrepreneurship, startup oriented program, Business Analytics certificate, Certificate in Digital Marketing, etc. I have taken Education loan from HDFC Bank.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is pretty good, the subjects that we were learning in this course is much application based which we can easily apply practically like in corporate offices, In businesses or in our day to day life. The course is customized as per the latest technologies advancement. Here the placement is also pretty good. Companies like collegeate, Amazon, Mahindra, etc recruiter students from unitedworld. Recently we got an offer from Mitti Cafe to do a live project with them. This college has a good placement records.Here all the faculty members are very helpful and highly qualified and they have many years of teaching experiences. Most of the facilities provide practical learning along with examples which is a better way of understanding.
Placement Experience
Unitedworld school of business has a very good record in terms of placement. Companies like collegeate, Amazon, Nestle, HDFC Bank, Mahindra, Samsung and much more recruiters students from this college. About 70% of students got placed in many companies other students opted for self employment.
College Events
Many cultural and artistic events are organized in our college. The events which were being organized by our college every year are independent day celebration, teacher's day celebration, Holi, etc. More over my college also organises events like marathon, concerts, essays writings to seminars as well as webinars and much more.All over my campus life is amazing. I have made many friends in this college. The faculties here are also very friendly and always helpful.
Campus Life
The institute doesn't have any separate campus. It is situated on the 10th floor of the Infinity Benchmark building in Salt Lake sector v. The college has the centralized A/C facility and it provides free Wi - Fi facility. The classrooms are well maintained and have well equipped projectors. The institute also have a conference hall, library, auditorium and a gaming room where we can play games like Table Tennis, Pool, Carrom, etc.
Admission
My college just took 2 rounds of personal interview. First round was on general awareness. The interview was very intense. They basically asked me situation based questions, the first question was "If I became the CM of West Bengal, what will be the three change I would make in West Bengal?" second questions was "Am I brand conscious or not?" Next question was "what is you biggest regret in you life ?" Then "should you think education in India up to class 12 must be free? Share your opinion?" The interviewer asked about 8 questions like these. The overall experience on first round was good, I attempted all the questions and the interviewer gave me the review that I am a good communicator. The next second round of interview was subject based. There they asked me questions which are related to marketing, like the 7 ps of marketing, what is marketing segmentation, etc.
