Remarks

Alignment with my undergraduation background which is agriculture. Also, the placement and good alumni base. People would also get to explore development sector and IRMA nurtures future managers who can not only work in development sector but corporate sector as well.

Course Curriculum Overview

Very much updated with time. Real life based case studies provide good learning opportunities. Also, regular pre reads, revision in class and constant support from faculties for any doubt clearing sessions keep students motivated for learning.

Class Size: 64Course Fees: INR 1148000 per year

Placement Experience

Opportunities are in development as well as corporate sector. All the students get placed with decent packages.

College Events

Events are organised amazingly even on online mode. Due to covid, we can't attend these events offline but the way several activities are organised online, it is worth appreciating. Regular quizzes and competitions keep students active.

As we all know , college learning is not only about textbooks, and real world knowledge is equally important. in this area, the college supports student well by giving exposure to practical learning . the course includes industry related topics, and teachers also try to explain how concepts are used in real life. the curriculum is helpful, but adding more modern tools, software and hands on projects would make it even better. Overall, the syllabus prepares student for future jobs and higher studies, while still leaving some room for improvement.

balanced with learning and challenges

Placement Experience:

the placement at vgec at decent, especially considering it is a government college with very low fees. student become eligible for campus placement from the 6 th and the main placement drives begin in the 7 th and 8 th semesters. many well known compnies visit the camppus every tear for software , core engineering and management roles. compnies like TCS, infosys, wipro , taat consultancy, adani, gsfc,and a few stertup hire students from different branches. the number of offers varies every year , but the overall trend is improving . some companies offer multiple job roles such as software engineer , QA engineering , embendede engineering , trainee engineering and analyst position . higher pacage is 5 lacks. after completing my degree , i plan to focus on improving my technical skills .

Decent college with room to grow

Placement Experience:

studemts become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester.The placement acitivity keeps happening throghout the final year.companies like TCS,Tata LTIindtree,wipro and few local startup like tcs and ltimindtree and the avg pakage stays on the lower sidw compared to big private colleges,The opporrinties are there ,but not as many as we expect. the percnatage of stundents getting placed depends a lot on the batch ,but it's definitely not 100%. A good number of students get interships or jobs their own efforts also,beacuse some companies dont visit every year.if a student if genuinely working on skills and projects,they can manage to get something , but the college placements alone might not be enough for evryone. after completing my degree, l plan to work on my technical skills and try for better opportunities throgh of campus options as well.i don't want to depend only on the on capus placements.my goal is to build a good portfolio so i can apply to bigger companies later.

I belong to general category my cat percentile was 91% and I had converted in the first shortlist itself. The application will be released short after the CAT results on Irma website.
