Parth Dhrangdhariya's Review On L.D. College Of Engineering - [LDCE], Ahmedabad

I have given competitive exams like IIT & BITSAT and my scorings were approx 69 and 100 respectively. The main reason for choosing this college is the branch that i took i.e Rubber Technology, and i wanted to live in gujarat only.

1st & 2nd semester is common semesters. Like we have to study every branch like Electrical, Mechanical etc. And studying is useful also for an engineer. Then from the 2nd year studying of the core branch starts but i have not experience d anything cause I'm in 1st sem. Only currently.

Yes, the college provides internship maybe but i don't know more about it cause I'm a fresher. And yes many big companies have tie-ups with LDCE. Each & every year placements are increasing.

Many big companies have tie ups with LDCE. I haven't researched on it more beacuse I'm a fresher. But ya rubber tech. Branch has almost 100% placement. Previous year only 15 students got placements from my branch. And the packages were approximately around 3 to 4 lacs.

Fee structure is really good. Middle class person can afford as it is government college. Fees are like 1500 PA. But some exams feel & participation in events have different-different fees. Also we have to purchase reference books on our own. But overall fee structure is feasible.

Actually i don't know much about any scholarship given by college but ya i know about MYSY. One can apply for it and it's guite good. OBC,SC & ST can take good benefit of that.

Exam is structure is good as it is under GTU. And GTU has very strong exam structure. There is a mid semester exam also. Then there are vivas too. Then we have to submit assignments also. And there are main exams at the end. Marks are given with repect to all this. When we leave labs, it feels hectic+chilled.

I got admission in this college in 1st round of admission process only. My first choice was LDCE only. Firstly i went to the help centre & entered down my details on the site. Then it was choice filling round. And then i got admission. It was the first time i experienced online choice filling.And the experience was quite good.

Faculty of each and every subject is qualified and as much interested in teaching the students.Every faculty have their own style of teaching students which is quite unique. They all are helpful. Some times there are extra lectures, too. Sometimes we over time also to discuss over a particular topic.
