About My College

I applied for vnr vignan jyothi college,GRIET,BVRIT and I choose griet because my college(GRIET) stands at 1st position in discipline.My admission is through the convenor quota. Admission process was good as there was a lot of members to guide which made the admission process easy

I have chosen this course because I am very passionate to become a coder. The faculty of our college is so good. Most of the faculty members of my college have doctorates. They use different methods to teach us which becomes easy for students to grasp the topic easily. Semester exams are conducted every 6 months and for every 3 months, we have mid-term exams. It is not difficult to pass the exam.

Cisco has offered many internships and job opportunities.Aws also offered internships. exposys data labs have also conducted internships based on data science, machine learning, IoT, and many more. For aws internship and job offer, we need to complete the global exam that is to be conducted by aws. For Cisco, we have to complete some courses like ITN, SRWE, and so on

From the fourth year first semester, a student becomes eligible for campus placements. The companies that had visited my college are TCS, wipro, Accenture, cap gemini, and many more. The highest package is 41 lpa. The percentage of students getting placements is 65 percent. My plans after getting the degree are I wanted to work for a company for two to three years and then wanted to do my MTech .

For my course, it was 95000 per year.But I get fee reimbursement. As I'm a third-year student we don't have placements. As of now, there is no job for me that my college has provided. jobs are provided to only fourth-year students .may be next year we will be having job offers.

In my college, there are a lot of fests that are being conducted.PULSE, PRAGNA are the two main and major fests that are conducted in my college.pragna is conducted in the month of September, and pulse is conducted in the month of March .pulse is conducted once every two years.we also have different technical events conducted by the student body like CSI and also the events conducted by the green campus team. we also have events through which we can raise funds and help the needy these events are conducted by street cause. My college library has a wide variety of books which includes our academic books and also other books for refreshment. my college library also has books related to great,gmat,gate . We a have large ground for outdoor sports and a separate space for indoor games. There are alot of social groups that are run by students that include naa,streetcause and many more
