Remarks

The admission is conducted through TNEA councelling for government quota and management quota is applied through the college office and website. 170+ cutoff is required for government quota and 150+ quota is required for management quota.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choosed this course based on my choice. The faculty: student ratio is 1:30. 75% of staffs are master degree holders and the remaining staffs are doctorates. They conducted exams bases on a bi-semester pattern and 3 internals and 1 model exam.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 50000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

50000rs for government quota with first graduate scholars. 30000rs for government quota with army men-children, physically disabled scholars, sports quota students. 80000rs for remaining government quota students. 140000 Rs for management quota.

Campus Life

They conducted a cultural fest once a year with a lot of technical and non-technical events. All kinds of technical and science books are available in their library. They maintain individual groups for every departmental and club activities.

Is VIT worth it

Placement Experience:

Placements in VIT UNIVERSITY is very good the average package is 8 lakhs and the Highest may go upto 1 crore every year.There is a separate placement cell in VIT chennai and they give you placement training from start of the third year. Many multinational companies like google, microsoft etc comes to VIT to pick students for their company. Almost 98 percent of the students gets places in VIT. After my degree I choose to sit for placements.

Review of placement

I applied for SSN and saveetha college. But now i am happy that i got this college. Because when compares to saveetha. My college have better placements. So im happy that i have this college.
