Remarks

In MHT CET I got 87 percentile. I was not sure that I will get a good college. And I ended up in Sinhgad Academy of engineering. I got admission to tfws section. The minimum percentile to get this college for computer engineering is 80-85 percentile.

Course Curriculum Overview

The college has unit tests for 30 marks. Then there will be SEM 1 exam. If you are great in your studies then you can crack SEM 1 and also SEM 2 exams. In our time it is online. For 1st year there is all 11th and 12th stuff. Whatever you have studied in 11th and 12th it's all physics, chemistry, programming language, etc

Class Size: 65Course Fees: INR 80000 per year

Internships Opportunities

For these big companies, you will require a great project in whichever branch you are to put on your resume and impress them. Your projects should be interesting and logistics. The college is under sppu so they let you make projects from your first year till your fourth year so that you are good in these.

Placement Experience

Form SEM 6 students become eligible for campus placement. Big companies visit example Cognizant, Accenture, Prestige, etc Big companies require an overall CGPA of more than 8. The average package is 5-6 lack per annum and lowest package is around 3-2 lack and the highest package is around 8-10 lack per annum.

Fees and Financial Aid

I am in the computer engineering branch. The fees here are kind of good, not too high. You will find great opportunities in your 3rd and 4th year for internships. You will find great and big companies for job opportunities like Accenture, Prestige, Cognizant, etc. Also for other branches.

Campus Life

Sinhgad host a big fest called Karandak, full of activities, lots of energy. There are lots of clubs you can join in which you are interested. The crowd in Sinhgad is really good. Seniors and facilities are really helping.

YCCE College : My Experience

Placement Experience:

The placements are good in the YCCE college as compared to other colleges in Nagpur. From seventh semester the students are eligible for the campus reqruitments. The companies that offer placements in YCCE are Microsoft, TCS, Infosys, wipro, Persistent etc. The highest package is around 24 LPA and the average package is around 5 LPA. Around 70-80% students get placed every year in the college. My plans after getting the degree is to get a secure job and spent time with family.

college placements upto corona pendemic is very good but after that its affects our and other college palcements also but its better about 70% of student get placed . as per their performance in academics and skills . college bring very good package offer companies in first 6 to 8 months mostly and inbetween massrecuriter comes . and last 3 to 4 monts most of mass recuriter comes .

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Almost 95% students are placed. I'm preparing for GATE ME for higher studies

Placement Experience:

The placements in my college are pretty good considering the Fact that mostly its the Top 2000-3000 students from Maharashtra that make it to this college. The average Package offered in the college is Around 11LPA while the highest package last year was around 48LPA. The names of the Top companies that have recruited students from my college include Adobe, Amazon and Mastercard. The placement percentage from the past few years has been above 90%. My plans after getting the Degree is either to continue my Cricket Career as a Proffesional or to become a Commercial Pilot.
