Remarks

Alliance University has its own entrance exam, suppose a student doesn't have enough cutoff then he/she can take alliance universities to own exam and can get into it, I had applied for christ university I couldn't make it there so the alliance was a good choice after christ university, after the exam there is an interview, after that, a student gets selected to this particular college. minimum marks a student has to have was 45% in 12th during my college period to get into this college .

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

BBA. LLB is one of the best courses in this college so I mainly opted for this college because of the quality education, teaching is good here, quality of teachers are very good, most of the teachers had experience teaching in other top colleges like christ etc and getting marks is tough, getting good marks here is tough one can score 55-60 if they do a bit hard work, to get more than 60 % they really need to work hard as teachers will not provide more marks so easily. Regarding attendance, it's very strict one needs to have a 75 % minimum to write end term examination, or else they have to wait for the backlog exam to be conducted and write that time. In law the number of girls where more than the number of boys, here most of the students are from north India and Tamilnadu, localities are less.

Internships Opportunities

0.5

One needs to look on their own for internships college will not give internship opportunities, if students ask teachers then they might help but this help is given for only 4-5 students remaining search job and internships on their own.

Placement Experience

2

Depending on college only for placements is a bad idea, if one scores good marks he/she can expect placements from here for an average student they need to do more internships and look for a job outside when they are in the final semester so they will not any difficulties, for law during corona no college will enure 50 percent of placement also as job opportunities in the normal period are only less. 8-10 companies visited our college, for MBA 10-15 companies visited, the highest package was 5 lowest was 1.5. I am pursuing MBA from another college as I wanted to pursue my higher education.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees are 1.5 lakhs per year during my study period, for my juniors it was 2 lakhs per year now it might be more, placements depend on your studies and the internships you do, suppose you do any numbers of internships take part in more number of moot court competitions, etc then you will get a job package starts from 1.5 lakhs to 5 lakhs per year this is only for the students who study well, others students will have to go for MBA placements and have to get a job in another field if your lucky you might get a job. There is a sports quota scholarship you will get 10 thousand off etc.

Campus Life

2.5

Infrastructure is amazing there are parking facilities, the library has a good collection of books. Campus life is not that great as college is located outskirts of the city, so they are not hangout places its just the campus there is not out of campus. Here the campus crowd is mostly Tamilians and north Indians so everyone won't mingle with each other they just stay with the people who are from the same place, but the crowd is good there are no fights like in Bangalore colleges. It's very peaceful and students who come here are from high class so they main standard it's just that they don't mingle with others easily.

Interview Experience

2

There was a personal interview and written examinations, questions asked were related to current affairs which were easy to answer, one person who reads current affairs or one who is aware of the main events taking place in the country can easily answer to them, the written examination was also every easily one can easily get into this college.

It is better to start internship in 2nd or 3rd year for proper legal understanding before a student graduates from the college. The college will provide practical knowledge but it does not encounter proper real life situatons.
