Review of my college

The online admission process was done due to the situation of the pandemic. No quota for admission was availed. The admission process was in the house in my case as I have attended the same college for fyjc and syjc and the minimum marks required for admission is above 50%. The age of 17 complete is the minimum age. There was no offline process for admission and everything was done online due to the ongoing pandemic and there was an online meeting as orientation for the introduction of college and everything was briefly introduced.

I have chosen BA arts as my curriculum cause I have had an intrest in Psychology and I am thinking of pursuing a further career in it. Our stream is having around 15-20 faculty members and each class strength is around 120 and there are 4 divisions. Almost all of the faculty members are having phd degree and everyone is having a unique teaching method and very likely we enjoy the lectures of all the faculty members. The teaching is really good. For this year that is for FY, I was having 2 online exams one for each term and it was MCQ type questions and answers. The exams level difficulty is moderate.

The fees were paid online for the whole year and the pandemic situation changed fee payment alot. Online payment was the only option for almost all of the courses. The fees are 7000 for the whole year there was no extra exam fee for this year scholarships and financial assistance is provided for some EBC students who can not afford the fees no stipend is provided for this course.

The annual fest name of Joshi Bedekar College is NAVRANG. There are many games and inter-college matches organised in this fest like Kho-Kho, kabbadi, volleyball, handball, badminton, tyannis, chess, carrom etc. There are many dances, singing and other cultural competitions also organised. There are many books and journals and now on online mode. The classroom has amenities like a blackboard as well as white board and presenter and presenting screen. The sports activities are given above. The cultural committee is there for many cultural events.
