Remarks

Usually admissions are done in July on basis of MH-CET scores as well as BVP-CET scores and personal interview by higher authorities. This is amongst the top Pharmacy college's in pune and teaching staff is very good and analysis is done every 2 months in form of sessional exmas.

Course Curriculum Overview

Teachers are well experienced and are all PhD teachers semester based pattern is there and time to time exams are taken for sectional analysis. Co-curricular activities are also held every year and students show enthusiastic approach towards it.

Placement Experience

Campus placement start from last semester and companies like Johnson and Johnson, Sanofi, cipla, alembic, cognizant etc visit every year for campus interviews. The avg package is of 2.5lakhs/year.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Usually fees is 1L/year and if you crack MH-CET then 16000/year. And campus interview are held in last semester and if you appear for campus interview you can get average package of 2.5lakhs/year. Companies like J&J, Sanofi , cipla etc visit the campus.

Placement Experience:

From onwards 6th sem the students are eligible for the internship and placements. The placements are quite good and every student like onto the percentage of 95% are placed into the good companies Companies like cipla , dr Reddy, manforce, etc big MNC's are mainly . My plans after getting the degree is to pursue mpharm and get into the quality assurance or like research in microbiology.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose Pharmacy because I am interested in this field. We can make a good career in pharmacy. I took admitted to the Bachelor of Pharmacy course. Faculty members are highly qualified. All our teachers were Post Graduate, professors and HOD were holding Ph.D. The teaching method was very good. Teachers were very helpful and they gave personal attention to every student. I would like to share my personal experience. Our medicinal chemistry madam arranged viva -voce for journal certification, which proved very helpful, because the question asked by a madam for the viva, that same question was asked in a university written examination for 10 marks. So, I think the efforts taken by our madam for us were very helpful and which helped me to pass that exam easily. Term exam there was sessional exam which was arranged before University exams, the sessional exam was of 20 marks. University exams were of 40 marks. It was not so difficult to pass that exam.

The reason I chose this college were that i due to some personal issues and problems scored less marks in MHT-CET, JEE and other competetive exams which made it difficult to get admission into other colleges. BVPCOEP conducted a personal CET exam on the basis of which I was selected. They also considered 12th boards marks(minimum 65% required PCM or Physics, chemistry, and computer science(vocational course)). My experience at Bharati Vidyapeeth.

Other colleges I applied to were MIT Pune and Symbiosis Institute of Technology. I couldn't get into MIT because I couldn't clear there entrance test. The tution fees at Symbiosis is higher but is not on par with the quality of their education.
