My journey at MSEC, Tamil Nadu

The reason for pursuing MBA program from this college is its tuition fee which is too low. Inspite of low fee, the facilities provided here and the on campus placement record. Post checking the official website I registered myself and filled the application form and paid the application fee firstly. Further, my score in undergraduate and TANCET exam was considered for enrolling me at this college.

The course curriculum covers subjects like digital marketing, retailing management, operations strategy, corporate governance, training and development and other topics as well. In addition to this, our faculty members focus on imparting the basic knowledge of management, make us understand the ways to manage works in an organisation including planning, organising, staffing, leading, and controlling. The faculties of our department aur not only highly qualified but also have experience of more than 10 years. Overall, the course curriculum and the faculties of my department are too good.

Around 90% placement is recorded every year in our college. The top recruiters who have tie-up with our college and make a visit for offering job are Zoho, Amazon, HCL, Deloitte,IBM, Tech Mahindra, SBI Life Insurance and others as well. Also, they offer handsome packages to the deserving ones. Though I have not been a part of placement drive. I had asked the details from my seniors and they said that the whole placement process is easy to clear. Most importantly, the highest package offered to our seniors was 6 LPA and the average package reached till 3 LPA.

The tuituon fee for 2 year MBA program is 60000. Though I didn't avail the scholarship opportunity but there is provision for SC ST and other minority sections whose family income should be less than 2.5 lakhs per annum. The government scholarships scheme are of different types that include national merit scholarship, GATE scholarship, merit cum scholarship, beedi employees scholarship, etc.

My campus life has been outstanding since the day I have joined this college. My colleges are too good, the learning methodology used to teach us is too good. And for making my campus life dynamic, I must give 50% credits to the events and activities that are organized every year. Therefore, I am going to share the names of some events that I personally enjoyed a lot. So, the events and activities include spot dance, fiesta seniors, mega event, mepco super singer, orchestra,Kalakkapovathu Yaru, foot loose, gyanmitra, solo singing competition etc.
