Remarks

IIT madras is considered as one of the best colleges to study in India. Students from overseas come to study here oas well for it being very reputed. It has been ranked as the top engineering college of India for five years. The admission process for ug students is done through Joint entrance examination where tentative btech students need to fill the jee form through National testing agency. The candidates also need to apply to the college from the college portal itself. The eligibility criteria for the seat was , my high school mark sheets were to be from a science background with an average percentage of not more than 60% and also having passed the JEE .

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is indeed tough but our top faculty professors try their best to make the topics more understandable. I chose this course because of the job opportunities in this field. Many IT companies like IBM and tata are always on the lookout for fresh graduates. Some of the topics that were covered during the course of this programme was advanced java programming and data networks and communication systems. We had internal and external examinations which was all semester based and it was a four year course.

Class Size: 30Course Fees: INR 400000 per year

Placement Experience

Students start getting placements during the final semester of the college. SInce IIt madras is a very reputed college, it has a lot of tie ups with major companies like Tata, infosys, Wipro, IBM with an average salary of sixty thousand rupees monthly.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure was to paid through semester wise. The cost to study this course was 400000. It was a bit expensive but it was also worth it because of the placements, the campus and also the facilities provided by the college.

Campus Life

The campus was very happening. The events that were held are Shaastra a tech festival held annually.Then cultural event known as Sarang is also held. It is a five day long event held the month of January and attracts a crowd over 75,000 students from different parts of the country.

Life and Difficulties at SRM University from honest POV

Placement Experience:

the placements start from third year. there are multiple oncampus companies that visited like juspay,zs associates, cognizant,accenture,capegemini and etc. the average package is aroung 5,00,000 the percentage of student is around 60-70 around this year but its still going on by this march.

IITM BS DEGREE - a game changer in distant education

I choose this college over the another colleges because it is the best degree degree over the BTech from low level or tier three tier four colleges, I was having many options for T3 colleges BTech CSE, but I chose this because I think it's the best I apply to SRMS Bareilly University all the colleges I was confirmed, but I chose this college because it was providing me latest curriculum and data science is very new in this. The admission process for this degree is like if you will register in a term, you have to pay. Thousand rupee registration fee.
