BBA at Lovely Professional University

The admission process of Lovely Professional University for BBA Programs is free of 'Group Discussion Round' and 'Personal Interview Round'. The steps to apply and get an admission includes- Filling of the application form, second- Submitting the documents, and third- Paying a fee for confirming the seat. The amount you will pay for confirming the seat will, later on, get adjusted in your first semester fees. I made this choice of joining Lovely Professional University highly because of its simple admission procedure. I didn't apply under any quota but for your information there is various quotas available for taking admission in the university. The admission criteria is minimum marks of 70% in the 10th and 12th board examinations.

The management curriculum of LPU is one of a kind. They help in making the student a citizen of the world and not limiting to a country itself. Lovely Professional University take pride on its faculty members. They are a team of hardworking inviduals preparing the leaders of tomorrow. Therefore there is no scope of compromise while recruiting the best faculty for its institution. The mentors are well qualified and experience people. They have great exposure of industries and are capable of delivering best education to its mentees. The quality of education provided by our instructors are well and good. They are very encouraging and motivating people. Their attention is not limited to some favourite students , rather they have attention on all the students. We have two semesters per year. In total there are 6 semesters and each semester has two examinations.

I would begin with the highest stipend earned by an intern at Lovely Professional University, it was INR 89,000. For all the LPU, BBA students it is mandatory to get an internship job for a duration of one year by the end of their second year. The university themselves provide this service to the registered students. During the second year, the students are also made to work under an NGO as a part of summer training. The projects made during all these experiences are later showcased in front of the recruiters. All these practices are necessary to enhance one's skill and thus its a great initiative by the University.

The placement records of Lovely Professional University are a big reason for the students to choose Lovely professional University. Their placement services are one of the best. The companies which recruit from IITs and IIMs are also visiting LPU to get the best talents for their companies. The major big companies visiting LPU includes- TATA, Reliance, IBM, Infosys, Wipro, etc. The number of offers made every year always rises with the year. This year the students of BBA got 500+ offers from the top companies. The highest package bagged was 14.4LPA and the minimum was 4LPA. Every year 99.6% of students get placed in the BBA branch. The offers are mostly made for Managerial posts.

Since I am from the 2020 batch, I have not yet lived a campus life at LPU. But the events are still held virtually and the college is keeping all of us engaged in various activities. The popular events include- the Spectra- this is my favorite , Freshermen- has many competitions for the students to showcase their talents, etc. The library of LPU is one of a kind. You won't find another like this. LPU's Central Library is the largest in the country with more than 320000+ journals, books, and ebooks. Litrally heaven for all the students as they can avail the best materials suited to their courses. Several big sports tournaments are also held in campus. The campus has many big stadiums with best playing kits. LPU has more than 100 registered and working student organizations in campus.
