I am from Ludhiana, Punjab. So it is very obvious for me to take admission in one of the best universities is Punjab-Lovely Professional University. I didn't apply anywhere else. I had an aim of pursuing my undergraduate degree from LPU which is why I made this choice. There no such strict admission criteria to get into a BBA programme. You just need to make sure that your both 10th and 12th scores are above 70%. It is mandatory to complete your 12th before applying for UG. The admission process of BBA in LPU is really simple compared to the other colleges. There is no need to appear for a 'group discussion' or 'personal interview'. The candidate needs to fill the form, submit the necessary documents and pay a fee for confirming the seat. The fee paid during admission procedures is later on adjusted in your first semester fees.

The Management brach of LPU- Mittal School of Business is ACBSP accredited. The curriculum followed here is an Industry based curriculum. The framing of the curriculum has been done in a way so that the students become world citizens at the end of their course. The Lovely faculty is a very supportive and selfless team of people. With the help of technologies now LPU has its own personal messenger application (LPU Live). It helps the students to get in touch with their mentor any time and not letting them restricted only during class hours. This open-door approach is a success because of the responses of the mentors themselves. They are active 24x7 to guide us and help us in every possible way. The faculty provides the best quality education to all its students. The examinations conducted are not difficult to pass. There are two examinations conducted every semester- midterm and end-term.

Since the very first day, LPU begins to enhance the skills of its students. Summer training, part-time jobs, and internships are the most popular initiatives taken by LPU to enhance the skills of their students. By the end of the second year, every student of BBA is required to get into an organization as an intern and work for a duration of 1 complete year. This exposure is very important for the students to get just before their placement drives. All the experiences count a lot during the recruitment and thus all these initiatives are very important to be taken seriously. The major role offered in internships is of HR Manager and Marketing head. Companies offering the same include- Expressbees, TCS, Amazon, etc.

The students are made to register for campus placement by the end of their first year. They also provide PEP workshops to help and train the students for the placement drives. Overall LPU has the strongest placement record and thus with no doubt, they provide the best placement in every field. In the case of BBA, the companies that recruit from IIMs and IITs also come to recruit students from LPU. More than 1000+ offers are made to the students. More than 500+ companies visit the campus to recruit the best talent for their organization. The highest package bagged by BBA students is 15LPA and the minimum goes down to 6LPA. The companies that offer jobs include- Bosch, Amazon, HP, Cognizant, IBM, etc. Every year there is a record of 99% of students getting placed in BBA.

I got a scholarship of 20% based on my social achievements. With the help of this fee waiver, I am able to save INR15,000 every semester. The best part of this scholarship benefit is that there is no renewal the policy. Once you got it, it is completely applicable to the whole program. Other scholarships include- Cultural, Sports, Social, Bravery, Merit etc. Before covid when the campus was full of students, there were many opportunities of part-time jobs available on the campus itself to give the student some financial independence and provide them some assistance. The part-time jobs are available in Many stores of Unimall, jobs in library etc.

Lovely Professional University has the best campus life in the whole country. It is a small town, with diversity. Imagine, a land having people from all over the globe. With the help of the various tie-ups with foreign universities, many students from more than 30+ countries come to LPU to study. There are many libraries inside LPU. But the Central Library of LPU is the largest library in the country having more than 29,00,000+ books and ebooks, magazines, journals, etc. Our classrooms are full up to date in terms of technologies. All the classes and labs are air-conditioned. LPU campus has got many big stadiums for almost all the sports played throughout the country. The LPU swimming pool is of the same size as that of an Olympic pool. therefore, not only in academics but the university is very active in terms of all sports ad cultural activities too. There are many student running organizations on the campus.
