It was smooth but time consuming. Almost took 3 hours as documents are verified then initial payment is to be done and systems are file based rather than digital record files which make the tasks even more lagging.

Term exams were always on time and a properly scheduled datesheet is provided within a week so students have to be prepared after completion of the first unit of their respective subjects. The difficulty level is low to moderate in my opinion ( If you just revise the everyday classes ).

Placements are generally for only 4th year students. Some top recruiters are Maruti Suzuki ( avg 8 to 10 offers - 10 LPA ) various startups ( 5 to 6 LPA ) and also the average placement goes around 2 to 3 lakhs for core Mechanical placements. Most of the students get placed but due to fewer salary students often prefer off campus placements. For me right now my best bet will be to crack the top companies that will be coming if not then prefer off campus placement as growth opportunities are better out there as there are no choices in our college otherwise.

The fees structure is fixed every year, as it's a government college so random fee hikes or hidden fees charges like things are not here. For my course, it is around 75k per year. Also, scholarship opportunities are available here ranging from EWS, migrant quota ( J&k ) and many more. Fees are already taken at the start of every academic year. For daily commuters, they are able to help in providing student bus pass. Right now I am in my second year and no company came for providing internships.

There is an annual fest called ENNOGY that happens on the campus which includes both social and tech fests. Main attractions are the competition events in robotics, eSports and social activities like dance, singing, poetry and many more. This event is conducted in wintertime. Talking about the library, It is well maintained with all amenities like desktop and wifi. 3 books are available from the library. Although haven't checked about journals yet. There is also a book bank that provides 3 coursebooks to students for the whole semester. But considering college it is well managed. Classrooms are normal well ventilated and don't have any ACs. Sadly in sports and extracurricular, our college lacks a lot. One badminton court, multipurpose room for indoor games and singing dancing. Although the college has vast space area that can be great to develop space for extracurricular activities. Chimi Changa (Robotics), Constitutional Club, and many more clubs are there and coming up.
