Municipal college is the famous Government college in Rourkela. The Process of admission is done trough Government online site SAMSODISHA.IN Students get admission according to the criteria based on the college, 12th percentage: Gen- 70% Reserved category- 60% The reason for choosing these college is ASIT is Government college and less fees.

Course Curriculum Overview

I have chosen Bcom hons. as I want to do job at financial sector. The Faculty members are Good to their students and well experienced and very clear to their subjects which they teach us. There are 2 semesters in each year, examination is conducted as followed to sambalpur university, examination are always delayed as it is a Government college.

There is no placement in our college, students apply for job whichever they want to choose as their profession. I will be going to applying for job in the financial sector after my completion of my degree.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees are very less , the annual fees of our college is Rs 10,000 annually . Scholarship are given to the students who are the higher ranker of our college . College does not provide any kind of campus job.

Campus Life

Campus life of these college is very good. College conduct an annual fest on the month of November/December . The college conduct different sports programs like football, cricket. There are many different social clubs like fest team, sports team, election community .

My Experience at PN College: Campus Life, Cources, and Everything in Between

Placement Experience:

In our college, final-year students are eligile for campus placements. While i don't recall the specific companies that visited, one of my friends interviewed with Axis Bank and got selected with a package of around 2.4 lakh. The exact percentage of students are placed and details of average or highest packages are unclear to me, but the placements process provides opportunities of those actively seeking jobs. After completing my degree, I plan to pursue an independent career rather that seeking a traditioinal job placement.

In our course the ratio of facility and student is 7:250. Our faculty is well educated and completed all the qualification required to became a professor in college and also awarded from our President of india.. Teaching style, method is very much easy and clear. Every students can easily understand the overall study course. Thr term exam is conducted in 3 month and overall 2 exam is conducted in a semister..1st term exam is 20mark and it is very easy to score the mark but 2nd or final semester exam is 80mark and it is little difficult to score more marks as compared to 1st term exam..
