Entrance Preview

The entrance exam was GPTU and nearly 50000 candidates applied for the test. The Test was average and got around rank of 433 and then opted for Electronics and Communication engineering.

Course Curriculum Overview

3

The course was well made and the subjects choosen were very important from 1st Semester to 10th Semester. The Course structure consists of engineering subjects to some general subjects like human values and history of science and technology.

Internships Opportunities

No the college doesn't provide internship but I got selected for the internship in company of my field. There the stipend I got was 20000 per month and overall experience was very good.

Placement Experience

2.5

The college need to work on placements and opportunities part because it is a state government university and the alumni base is not so strong still. The technical courses placements are not good but there is some better chance for MBA courses.

College Events

3.5

Abhivyanjana is the cultural festival and shauryotsav is the sports festival . Both the festivals are celebrated handsomely in the college and whole college is then indulged in this atmosphere.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is feasible as the college is residential Campus with 84000 tuition fee and 30000 for hostel with single occupied rooms and 25000 for mess. This amount is for 1 year basis.

Fees and Financial Aid

The scholarship facilities is provided by the uttarpradesh government if your parents income comes under 200000 per year and you have to apply for it each year but this college is better than getting scholarship form private college because of its goverment status.

Campus Life

4

The extracurricular activities are well focussed. The sports facilities is the best in this whole region as this college has everything with stadiums to world class facilities for sports.

Hostel Facilities

4

The hostel facilities was very good with clean hostel and facilities were good . The mess food was also good and the contractor also listens to students and discussed with students the mess menu every month.

Alumni/Alumna

The alumni network is not so strong because the college is not so old and only fer batches have passed out. But the alumni was very helpful and even there is no ragging situation in the college.

Exam Structure

The exam structure is like the IITs where mid semester examination is held and then only the end semester examination is held in each semester.

Faculty

2.5

The faculty of the college was very average as at our times the college was not permitted to hire permanent faculty due to some scam by earlier administrator s of college.

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for placements in the final year. The college offers basic placement training and assistance. Some local and local-level comanies even visit for campus recruitment with average offers. Average package: 2-4 LPA, highest around 9-10 LPA 60-90 percent students get placed. My plan is to develop my skills and attain a good job or go for higher studies after degree.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate it average . It is comprehensive but not so useful as in todays world we require more skills than the formulas. It is related to communication and i am very interested in that . It is not very good for real world application but wr do learn about the basics and get hold of how everything work but does not cover advanced technology. Syllabus should be revised and should be more based on skills than theory and rattafication There are 3 to 4 exam per semester which can be very hectic that it feels like we are giving exams every few weeks. Difficulty is not that much but syallabus is really hard to cover amd we can not focus more on skills and projects more of the time we are giving exams

course curriculum is little bit out-dated, and improvements are needed in terms of syllabus. timing of exams are ok ok. so many assignments are given which is really hectic because their are deadlines to upload those assignments in google classroom. and one thing i hate about college is 75% attendence is must. due to this we do not get much time for our personal development.
