Remarks

Good infrastructure, based in a good city (pune) which is well connected. Pune is also an educational hub. The professors are helpful and teach properly. The main reason being I didn’t have a lot of options. Demerits- The students here are mostly not very serious about education, so will not get a lot of competition if that’s what you need to push yourself, very expensive, the administration unlike the professors is not student friendly.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

Good teachers, timely exams, and of course as with any college, if you study you will pass, if you don't, you wont. There are 250 students in a lecture hall and the batch is further divided into 4-5 batches for small group teachings. They have a good number of cadavers in first year, so you will definitely get a chance to dissect.

Internships Opportunities

3

Well MBBS has compulsory internship at the end of the 4.5 years, for an year. The patient flow is good in the hospital and the hospital is in the campus itself, so if you wanna learn you will learn, the PGs and professors are very helpful, but they wont hold your hand, you will have to be motivated enough to do things and learn from them.

Placement Experience

2.5

Well in our field, our college doesn’t really matter, you will have to study extra and more than your Colleagues to get in a good hospital/college for PG and its the same everywhere, whether a government college or a private/deemed college .

Fees and Financial Aid

As I stated before the college is very expensive and the fees keeps increasing every year. Now hostels are also compulsory, you can live in a apartment but you will have to pay the hostel fee none the less.

Campus Life

3.5

The campus is pretty small, and there isn’t anything that great about it, we can a basketball court, and a tennis court, that's about it in the sports department. We do have a good library, but its only operational from 7am-12am. Everything you will need like basic amenities you can get just outside of campus. If you wanna visit some place on weekends lonavala is just 1hour-45 mins away, well so is every other good restaurant.

Hostel Facilities

3

The hostels are nice, they have everything you need, specially the girls hostel. But the girls hostels have restricted in timings 10pm they make create a nuisance with that. Boys don’t exactly have it that strict in the hostel, one of the rectors is pretty annoying but that’s about it.

Interview Experience

3.5

The admission is primarily through your all India counselling and depends on your NEET score, but you don't really need an amazing score to get in. Its rather easy. There are seats left till the mop up rounds and the stay vacant so don't worry .

The course curriculum prepares the student very well for the medical knowledge and medical practice the course is designed in such a way to make the student knowledgeable and confident enough To practice medicine and treat them. Lectures , practicals , SLMs , PCTs, Prelims, annual exam And clinical postings Make the student very much aware of the medical knowledge That he or she is receiving. In third year the practical can be more engaging in my opinion Exam difficulty level is okay and It covers all the topics which are taught under given in the syllabus Which are needed to be there
