Entrance Preview

All India Engineering Entrance Exam. I have passion to play with software and test them. Good atmosphere of college campus.

Course Curriculum Overview

3

Course structure is designed by our University (Rajeev Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidhyalaya). The structure of course is not up-to-date.

Internships Opportunities

My college arrange compulsory internship within the campus without any discussion that all student having interested for it or not and instead of giving the stipend they took money so called fees from us for Database certification of Microsoft.

Placement Experience

3

Many companies visited our campus. Average CTC is from 2.1L to 4.2L. All having different criteria means they all interested in your past not about what you are now. Tata Consultancy Services, ShriRam Finance, Syntel, Shynechron, Computer Society Corporation and many other comapnies.

College Events

3

Every single event is celebrated in our college. In feb we celebrate valentine week. In march Holi and Technology Fest. In Aug Friendship day, Independence day and Janmasthami. In sep Ganesh Chaturthi. In October Navratri. Diwali and Rakhi at Home. Rest all are celebrated in between exams. Generally Christmas and Sankranti is celebrated in between Exams.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is very high in our college. So we also protest against it and some how manage to reduce our increased fees. Well I think they are following a policy which is generally used by our Indian government. Firstly rise prices so high then after arising of some issues somehow reduced but ultimate resultant is increased.

Fees and Financial Aid

In our college I don't know about there criteria of scholarship. But Yes a scholarship is distributed by them on 15th August, Every year. Its around Rs.11000/- and Rs.8000/ for two students from each branch.

Campus Life

3

Gender ratio u can male/female is 70/30. But when we go stream wise then in Computer Science, Information Technology and Electronics & Communication is almost 50:50. But in streams like Instrumentation Engineering, Civil and Mechanical percentage of girls are negligible.

Alumni/Alumna

Till now nothing like alumni network but seniors are very helpful. They help you everywhere when you need. They teach us, love us, fight for us and many more funny things they do for putting smile on our face.

Exam Structure

Exams and Labs are not hectic days for Engineers. Because they are doing everything in their own way. Well you can say too much exams for an engineer. Term exam, mid term, viva and final semester exams. And a semester is around 4 months only. So preparing anything apart from our curriculum is very difficult too manage.

Faculty

3

Only 1 and 2 are good. Rest all want to put you in a race as they did in their life. Some are just finishes their degree and teach us because they find teaching job is easy to find then anything else or may be some blab blab reasons. I am in software field, but our teachers teaches just to finish the course nothing else.

Course Curriculum Overview:

i would rate the curriculum around 5 or 6 out of 10. i chose this course mainly because of the computer and coding subjects. the syllabus is mostly theory based and many topics are not very useful for current industry needs. practical classes and real projects are also limited. more coding, projects and updated technologies should be added. exams are frequent during the semester and the difficulty is mostly average but sometimes checking feels strict.
