One of the top 20 institutes of India, also well-reputed and pioneers among starting the Business Analytics course as a 2 year MBA program. The admission process was the best in the country. Had Gepiwat, slots were given on Sundays as this is a niche course. For Business Analytics, it had 2 Wat, one general and another technical consisting of basic statistics. GE is unique in symbiosis institutes, unlike GD. It's a more fair analysis of the aspirant's capacity. Results were announced within 20 days of the completion of interviews. This was my best call comparing to other colleges, both in terms of college rankings, placement details, course scope and pedagogy. Used collegedunia for getting past cut off scores of the snap. Also Career launcher, MBA universe and many more.

I chose this course as it includes core MBA subjects along with analytics subjects. The course is designed under the guidance of industry experts that already work in the Analytics domain. Most of the faculty are these industry experts. Exams are semester wise.

The summer placement process starts from the first semester. All good companies like Cisco, Ecolab, Maersk etc visit the campus for summer placements. The placements for summers is 100%. College also provides live project opportunities to students.

The final placement process starts in the 3rd semester. All good companies like Brillio, Cisco, Boston Scientific, Ecolab, etc. visit the campus for final placements. The placement is 100%. The process is smoothly conducted.

The fees are slightly on the higher side but the investment is worth it. The fees for my batch was around 16 lacs for the whole program including the hostel and the mess charges. The hostel and mess fees for one year was approximately 1.5 lacs. The loan is easily available.

The library has almost 24000 books and access to various databases like Euromonitor, Bloomberg, Scopus etc. The sports arena is there for basketball, table tennis etc. The college also has a swimming pool and gymnasium.

The hostel room includes bathroom and cleaning and laundry services. The room is shared with people. The mess provides a meal that has the average quality three times a day. The boy's hostel for 1st year is around 900 m from the college campus.

The preparation for GE/GD can be done by reading current affairs and editorials of The Hindu, live mint etc. The topics in GD revolve around current affairs and general topics. The WAT includes any random topic, the time given is around 15-20 mins. The personal interview is around 15-20 mins.
