Remarks

Our campus is not so good in infrastructure like other colleges but it is average. The area around the college is good. Admission to the BBA course will be based on the marks obtained in IPU CET and the rest of the admission will be based on the performance in the qualifying examination like After that we have to appear for the counseling and lock the choices of college. Although due to this pandemic situation the counseling process is shifted to online. I have preferred this college over others because it's a government college with all the basic facilities with a brilliant professor.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

I have chosen this course because it is a completely professional degree that interest student who is serious about getting into careers in business and management we can get placed in good companies right after getting BBA degree. BBA holders have the highest employment rate as compared to bachelor's degrees. The faculty to student ratio is around 1:61. Faculty members are very supportive and experienced. They devoted to their service. As it is online right now so there is a regular schedule for all the year batches that is updated routinely. They give us extra knowledge about practical things. They are always willing to help us and they also motivate us to do better than the rest. Mid and end sem exams are on time along with regular classes, home assignments,s or even extra classes and quizzes. Exams are not much difficult to pass and students can score easily if they are regular to their classes and self-study.

Internships Opportunities

4

College provides great internship opportunities in government companies like HDFC, BHEL. Summer internships are also offered by colleges in Internshala or reputated companies like nestle. Through internship opportunities, students get a chance to gain knowledge. They are able to do work in the term.

Placement Experience

3.5

I'm still pursuing my course and thus haven't sat in the placement interview but as far as I know, It provides average placement. Companies like sony, lakme salon etc. visited on the campus. There is a separate placement cell to solve the problem of the student. Placements are provided based on performance and percentage also. 80% is required for getting placements.

Fees and Financial Aid

BBA course at MBIT, Maharani bagh(GGSIPU) cost 1.26lakhs for the complete three-year, full-time, on-campus course. The fee is affordable and less expensive compared to any other university. Yes, it's worth it because it's a government college with all average facilities with supportive and qualitative professors. There are scholarships given to student s according to performance-based on yearly remarks. There is also another scholarship like Pragati given to that student whose family income is less.

Campus Life

4.5

There is annual fest "Anugoonj" that is conducted by University and there is also much competition conducted by the college. The library is huge with a large collection of books and you will find all the books in it. There is no need to purchase new books. Books of many authors are also available. Required books are issued to the students on their library cards. Class size: 61 Their are several extra curricular activities organised by the college throughout the year. These activities are aimed at the holistic development of student and insure that a student learn new and different things. Their are many groups run student like CAT, government exam preparation groups, and so on.

There are quite few placement opportunities provided by the college but most of them are for sales or operations positions. At the sixth semester students are eligible for the Campus placements. BBA students gets an average package of 3.5 - 4 lakhs. My plan after completing BBA is to start my MBA journey. Currently preparing for my CAT Exam.

Placement Experience:

Campus placements in IITM were decent. Neither good nor bad. Students become eligible from the 6th semester to become eligible for campus placements. The only condition is students should not be having any active Backlog in any subject. Few of the companies that visited IITM for placements were Deloitte, KPMG , TCS, Wipro providing an average package lying somewhere around 2-5 lpa . The highest package offered was 7 lpa to my batchmate by a startup company. Only 25% of students got placed in the campus placements as most of them were looking for OFF campus placements including me
