Remarks

To get admission in FMS-MSU the only way is through CMAT. After appearing in CMAT one need to apply through ACPC website. Admission is strictly given on ACPC merit. The whole batch is divided into two equal parts, namely SFI and GIA. The only difference between GIA and SIF is the amount of fees student has to pay. Return on Investment is good. If any one is searching for best MBA college with in Gujarat through CMAT then FMS-MSU can be one of the option available.

Course Curriculum Overview

At FMS-MSU some faculties are permanent and rest of them are visiting faculties, majority of the faculties have good teaching experience. Some faculties do teach extremely well but there will be some struggle in getting sync with some of the faculties.

Internships Opportunities

The college provides opportunities for SIP's. Many well known companies such as ICICI, SBI, and many more gave SIP opportunities to FMS-MSU students. Many students have already secured their SIP, majority have got paid internships.

Placement Experience

The final year students become eligible for campus placements. Some of the companies visiting the campus are HDFC, TCS, ICICI, etc. The average salary is approx 5 LPA. There is a dedicated placement committee for dealing with the placement.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees for GIA students is approx 15000/- per year and for SIF students it is approx 35000/- per year. Comparing it with other b-schools the fees are quite economical. The scholarship for a specific quota is given by the government, to avail the scholarship the student needs to apply for it with the required documents on digital Gujarat portal.

Campus Life

Unfortunately in this time of covid, I am not able to access the campus physically, as I am not from Vadodara. Currently, all the teaching is done online. As per the details we have a huge library with a variety of books. As in the online mode of education, many webinars with alumni were arranged.

Placement Experience:

good placements, avg is 6.5/7 ctc and in hand avg goes arounf 5 lpa, highest 17 lpa, lowest 4 lpa, median should be around 5 lpa, this is as per my batch(batch 23-25) it is similar in other batches and 80/90% students get placed easily if they are good and the placement cordinator also try to get the rest placed where the batch have achieves 100% almost every year. there are options after college if you dont get placement from college because it is core mba with subjects marketing finance and hr.

A great journey so far at NBS

Placement Experience:

As I have already said placements are good also it's something which depends on one's ability, capabilities and knowledge. Though the average package lies between 6-7 LPA and goes upto 20LPA. The course curriculum is hectic and keeps you busy. But the faculty is amazing. Geniuses of the country surround you. 5 sections 90 students each. FABM students study with PGP students for the 1st year. Electives are chosen in the second year. All schedules are pre-decided. The whole curriculum is tough but there is relative grading and thus you can pass if you give your best.
