SCMHRD, Pune is located at Hinjewadi Phase 2. The facilities and the infrastructure in the campus are state-of-the-art, keeping up with the requirements of the current times. The Wi-Fi-enabled library provides access to more than 24000 books, about 2000 audio video CDs, DVDs, International and national periodicals in diverse areas of Leadership, Business, Entrepreneurship and Management. One also has access to various databases like EBSCO, Euromonitor, Bloomberg Terminal that are vital to scholars for research purposes. The entrance exam for the admission process is SNAP. The cut-off criteria vary every year for the different programs. Based on the SNAP Score shortlist, the GD/PI rounds are conducted very smoothly and final admission is offered based on the cumulative score of the process.

SCMHRD has a strong faculty base that includes both permanent and visiting faculties, having strong command and are subject matter experts in their respective fields. SCMHRD has the luxury of a vast alumni base who take guest lectures and conduct workshops which gives great industry exposure to the students.

The average compensation for summer placements is around 1.49 lakhs and highest being 3.2 lakhs. There are opportunities available in all sectors and the projects are very diverse. A plethora of opportunities is available in all streams.

The college has a proven track record of 100% in both final and summer placements, which are very well organized. Most of the top companies from every sector visit the campus for both summers and finals. The list of top recruiters includes Colgate Palmolive, Cisco, Dabur, Aditya Birla Group, GSK, VI, Boston Scientific, Loreal, Genpact, Wipro Technologies, Brillio, IBM, HDFC, HUL and many more, across industries. The average compensation for the final placements is around 15.64 lakhs and the highest being 38.5 lakhs. The average compensation for summer placements is around 1.49 lakhs and highest being 3.2 lakhs.

For MBA - Approx 21.5 lacs (including mess and hostel fees). For MBA(Business Analytics) - Approx 17 lacs. For MBA(Infrastructure and Development) - Approx 14.8 lacs. The campus offers a plethora of opportunities by way of live projects and internships.

Life at the campus is vibrant and a plethora of activities for students to engage in. There are 15 committees in the college, with many committees catering to different aspects of Business Management and a committee dedicated to CSR activities.

There are separate hostels for Boys and Girls. For Boys, there are 3 hostel blocks. One each at Main campus and Symbiosis Hall of Residence (D' hostel) & I2IT hostel (E' hostel)). No private vehicle of any student is allowed on the SIC campus.

The topics in GD were a mix of current happenings, abstract topics. The process involved a WAT(Written Ability Test) followed by GD and ending with PI. Points are cumulated of each candidate, giving weightage to the entrance exam scores as well and a final shortlist is prepared.
