Remarks

While I was choosing the college for MBA, I was quite intrigued by FMS Baroda because of the reputation of the college and its quality of education. The admission criteria are through CMAT score. I preferred this college over other ones in Gujarat because of the value that this college provides and of course the placement as well which are way better than other colleges in the state.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

I chose this course as it will help me to further excel in my career and help to gain insights into the field of management. The Faculty is really top-notch here and the quality of teaching is extremely good as well. The exams were a little bit delayed because of the pandemic but they went smoothly after some changes.

Internships Opportunities

4

The College provides Summer Internship opportunities to the students and some of the companies that have previously come here for SIP's are ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, SBI, TCS, Reliance, and many more. These are some of the big names in the industry that have provided Internships to the students from our college.

Placement Experience

4

The placements are one of the best in the state of Gujarat. The college has an amazing reputation and it certainly lives up to that by providing placements in top-notch companies. The students are eligible for placements from the third sem onwards and companies usually start to come by August. There is immense support from Placement Committee to prepare for the placements and that shows in the number of students getting placed which is one of the highest in the state.

Fees and Financial Aid

FMS Baroda was recently included in Govt. of India's list of one of the best ROI colleges in India if you plan to do an MBA. So I think that explains a lot about the cost of study here. There a lot of scholarships and financial assistance for students who are in need of it.

Campus Life

3.5

Yuvantus is the annual flagship event of FMS Baroda amd it usually happens in the month of February and it has been previously covered by media outlets such as NDTV, ABP News, Times of India, and Divya Bhaskar. The Library is quite large and is filled with all the latest books regarding Management and also journals and Magazines regarding that. Management Students' Forum is an academic club for students that encourages the members to explore the management routines, skills, and areas that they want to make through activities like quizzes, field trips, seminars, guest lectures, and much more. Also, there are separate clubs for different streams in Management like Marketing, Finance, Operations, and HR.
