Remarks

Despite being online mode for my 1st year, the experience was as good as the offline mode, I for once could not believe that I was studying in front of the screen, the admission process was done via the scores of the C-MAT examination and was administered by ACPC. I preferred this college because it was one of the best management colleges in Gujarat.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is on the basis of the current requirement of the companies need from a management student. We have a lot of interesting subjects such as financial management, research methods, etc. The faculties are good and very proactive towards new changes, they seamlessly transitioned to the online method of teaching.

Internships Opportunities

Yes, the college provides ample opportunity for an internship to students, various companies like ICICI bank, PI industries, etc. A lot of startups also provide internship to the students for a variety of roles such as sales, analyst, market research, etc. live projects are also provided by companies like ITC.

Placement Experience

The placement is average but the college has an excellent ROI with respect to other B-Schools around India. Various companies visit the campus for placements such as HDFC BANK, HDFC, FEDERAL BANK, DABUR, TORRENT PHARMA, ICICI BANK, BEACON INSURANCE, etc. The highest package offered was around lakhs/annum and the average placement was around 5 lakh/annum.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees are very nominal. The fees for a government seat is 15000/year and for a self-finance seat, it is 35000/year. The government provides scholarships to students from unprivileged classes, there are no jobs provided by college on campus so no stipend is available for this. The cost to study is also very nominal.

Campus Life

The library is well equipped with a lot many interesting books and has books for all the students, it has a lot of magazines weekly from various prominent media houses. The classrooms are very spacious. The college has a management students forum which takes an active part in providing extracurricular activities for the students.

students become eligible for placements after first semester in MBA as students have to compulsorily do summer internship. highest package last year was around 12lpa and average package being 7lpa. if prepared well for the interview rounds with the company, you can get a good placement but you have to take first mover advantage.

Placement Experience:

good placements, avg is 6.5/7 ctc and in hand avg goes arounf 5 lpa, highest 17 lpa, lowest 4 lpa, median should be around 5 lpa, this is as per my batch(batch 23-25) it is similar in other batches and 80/90% students get placed easily if they are good and the placement cordinator also try to get the rest placed where the batch have achieves 100% almost every year. there are options after college if you dont get placement from college because it is core mba with subjects marketing finance and hr.

A great journey so far at NBS

Placement Experience:

As I have already said placements are good also it's something which depends on one's ability, capabilities and knowledge. Though the average package lies between 6-7 LPA and goes upto 20LPA. As I'm going to start my internship and till now within 10 days more than 150 companies has came to NBS for providing internships.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is hectic and keeps you busy. But the faculty is amazing. Geniuses of the country surround you. 5 sections 90 students each. FABM students study with PGP students for the 1st year. Electives are chosen in the second year. All schedules are pre-decided. The whole curriculum is tough but there is relative grading and thus you can pass if you give your best.

Admission in this Gujarat's top university is through two exams one is GUJCET and other is via JEE MAINS as per engineering is concerned. Also it's one of the best university you can get into. to take entry in this course one must have average score in main 3 subjects of science, maths and english. if he or she is from diploma than he or she must have cgpa more than 8. for entering this university one should pass the entrance exam called NATA .
