Remarks

Really good faculty. Reasonable fee of 1200000. Amazing infrastructure with a 27 acre campus. Student driven campus where all activities are taken care of by the student bodies itself. Each part of the college be it academic or non academic is taken care of by the students only. Satisfactory placements with an average package of 8 lakhs per annum.

Course Curriculum Overview

The teachers are of amazing quality there and the teacher teach with the help of of live examples and also with case studies. The faculty has rich experience of teaching and corporate experience as well. This was also a factor for me to choose this college.

Course Fees: INR 1200000 per year

Internships Opportunities

There is a compulsory Summer Internship program after the first year of college and for that the campus provides an internship in an organization to each and every student. The experience has been more than satisfactory.

Placement Experience

The placements are really satisfactory in the college with an average package of 800000 per annum. The college help and facilitate the placement and strives for 100% placement. There is a dedicated placement committee which takes care of all the the process.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee is 12 lacs for this course which also includes the hostel charges and the mess fees. This is less than many colleges of the same rank. There are many scholarships in the college which can be availed easily including one for economically weaker section and other are merit based on the performance of 1st year.

Campus Life

There are many committee forums and clubs in the college which helps students to apply the theoretical knowledge in to practical life. The first being placement committee and till the end like something gym committee. Just name an activity and you will get a forum or club for it.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel charges are included in the fee and the hostels are are really clean and well maintained. There are double bedroom and single bedroom in the hospital and the hostel is within the campus premises.

Interview Experience

There were two rounds apart from the cat selection score. Unlike other colleges there was a group activity instead of a group discussion followed by a personal interview. The experience was more than satisfactory.

Placement Experience:

1) students become eligible for placements just after they complete their second semester examinations 2) only local companies visited to our colleges such as per Pooja, weblink services etc which were very small scale local organisations offering very poor packages to the students 3) the average package that my batch got was 2.lakhs per annum and the highest was 6 lpa where before admission the college claimed the average packages to be 6lpa and Highest to be above 10lpa 4) the percentage of students getting placed is not more than 10-15% 5)my plans after getting the degree is to look for better companies outside my college because my college hasn't been helpful in terms of placements in any manner .

Remarks:

College is almost good .this for those who want only masters but no placement .if you also want to get placed in any company need only degree ur welcome. The management is worst the nonteaching staff doesn't know how to talk with students especially the admission office. I here declare whatever I have seen and suffered I presented my view about this college to you, not it's your choice to go to heaven like symbiosis or choose hell. I was misguided and helpless so I came here means I got fewer marks in a snap so please students appear for snap sincerely.

Remarks:

The campus is good having basic facilities like free Wifi. The campus also has a canteen which serves food during all college hours starting from 8 in the morning. The college has a clean and green atmosphere. The crowd is also good. The college administration is supportive to the students. The chairperson herself organises a session with the students regularly.

IMT Nagpur- Thriving in a Student-Run Environment

Eligibility for this course is an undergraduate degree. Additionally one has to appear for an entrance exam like Cat, Xat or Cmat. For cat and xat a safe percentile is above 80 to get an interview call. For cmat one can target above 95 percentile. The application form is available online and one can apply either for all campuses of IMT through common application form or just IMT Nagpur. The form fee is around ?1000 to ?2000. The form is opened before cat exam and generally also re-opened before or after cat / xat results. One can expect form to reopen before CMAT exam as well. The admission process was smooth as it was online when i appeared for it. There was an essay test, a Statement of purpose and a personal interview with 2 panelists. The difficulty level can be increased for the interview. Otherwise they also conduct offline interviews now in various cities so there should not be a problem.
