My college experience

First, you have to apply for Kiitee, then give the exam and qualify, I have applied for KIIT, cause it's a reputated institute, with good placement & many other positive factors. The only cons of this institute are the fees. I know a private institution with such a big name cost this much but still according to me & many other fees are 2-3 lakhs more. As I'm from a middle-class family I came across that this much money really matters, anything else that fees are fabulous.

As I have attended only online classes till now I'm not that much sure about it, but still, I can say that the faculty is good and cooperative. And faculty students ratio is also nice, I didn't remember exact values. Talking about exams were pretty easy if you have given a little bit of attention in class and practice it for 30 - 40 min a day, no need to get nervous or get panic only focus on your classes and sure you will get the results.

I don't have much idea about it but still, I have listened from seniors that many good companies came here to provide internships. And college also helps and support you for your personal projects if values that.

Placement is really great, and better for the top branches like maximum salary offered is around 40 lacs, many big companies also come here, few big companies do the job of mass recruiters here who pick the huge number of candidates for around 3-5 lacs, but only 22-25% get Placement of 10+ lacs, maximum numbers are get recruited by mass recruiters, you can find the exact details on KIIT website.

Fees are like 1.75 lakhs per sem + 50000- 1 lacs (according to your choice). Sum total around 18-20 lacs (excluding your personal expenses). If you get in top 10 you'll be rewarded fairly. Otherwise, you have come in top 1000 rank in Kiitee which rewards you scholarships of 120000 yearly. Many students who have come from middle-class family takes students loan. But taking a loan to study is a good choice for only top branches Otherwise you're confident that you can grab a good placement. And if you're not able to grab a good placement, the situation can be a little harsh for you.

I haven't visited my college yet, due to covid but still, the campus is excellent. One of the best campus in India. You can check it on Google and the college website. KIIT have a very large and dense area with all the facilities.

I have not visited my college yet due to covid. But as per photos and reviews from senior, the hostel is good, mess quality is also better according to the mess of other colleges and institutions.
