Entrance Preview

Me from uttar Karnataka, a home sick only son wanted to be close to family. In aim of looking elderly property and parents was advised by leg pullers to opt for this course. Personally amazed by beautiful campus and blind about own dreams and perception jumped in to course.

Internships Opportunities

Yes 3500/- during our time. Nice one 6 months. Fair enough on those days but bitter comparing IT professional S during the time. Learning before entering. But real internship was at field. Just enjoyed the departure moments with so called friends. Just moved as part of life.

Placement Experience

1

No campus selection or placements as in IT .All aiming and Dreaming at government jobs and few running away from this unconditional fate of every vet.lot of scope since evolving pet practice, dairy entrepreneur ship. Increasing interest s of government on livestock production.

College Events

2

Fresher's day, College day, Youth festival, Hostel day. The best regards to the stage for the use of the people who are not the intended recipient of any rewards, the farmer of nation.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Feasible. The fees was recovered from our stifund payment I think. Every semester average 5000/- during my period.a N average of 1 lakhs rupees.

Campus Life

3.5

Campus was awesome. Gender ratio 1:5. Limited extracurricular activities as choked with course work and exams. Sports on average motivation. Debates were exclusive.

Exam Structure

Semester wise. Every year two semesters. At the end of each semester internal exam. Year end external. Internal with in college both setting of question papers and corrections. But external exam from outside. Above average in internal may help to cross external.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In reality I don't have any other option to the veterinary, may be it's due to my neet score.but I love animals that why I choose this course. After the join this course I got too much knowledge about this field and I m happy with my decision that I choose this course. Some improvement must be done in this course like in intership program salary must be increase.

Placement Experience:

Placements of the students studied from here can be seen in good number. As it is a professional course after the completion of the bachelor course many opt for masters. Civil service examination and other interests and some also go for placement the students after having bachelor degree can practice in private clinics and also can wait for government postings to work for. -- In the dairy sector also there is huge scope for veterinarians. -- And many will get into the wildlife sector where we can practice as the wildlife veterinarian or as the resource persons. -- We can run our own poultry farm chicken farm etc. Which are of great economical profits. The traditional way is the clinical practice which is through appointments which are usually done once in 2 or 3 years based on the empty places in the clinics. It is a good package job of around 50 to 60 thousand per month which is 7 to 8 lakh per annum. - We can see a good number of 83-87 percent of students get placement.

Remarks:

Good, huge campus but far away from city. There is no direct public transport. Campus life is absolutely fantastic. Beautiful rainy seasons. Gender ratio has been increasing every year and is almost 1:1. Good support by the college and staff for extracurricualr activities. College has given many university blues to the university who have also secured silver medal in icar inter university sports meet in 2015 held at bidar.
