Remarks

I chose the college because one of my seniors suggested it to join the same. Also, I have searched a lot about the college and found that it is one of the top-performing colleges in India as it was among the top 50 medical colleges of India each year. Also, the college has a big attached hospital that is very important in medical education. The admission process is quite simple. The mcc allots colleges based on rank acquired in the Neet exam. I preferred the college because it was the top colleges in the nation.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

I chose the course because I was very fond of joining this profession. wearing a white apron and hanging a stethoscope around the neck always fascinated me in my childhood days. This motivated me to take up this profession. The faculty-student ratio in my college is 1:10 in almost every department and this is a quite good ratio in a medical college. The faculties are highly qualified in my colleges and that is reflected in their teaching.

Internships Opportunities

4

Yes, the college provides rotatory internship to the students in which the students work in different departments of the college to gain clinical knowledge which is highly required. Also, the college provides an internship stipend of Rs 20000 per month which is a fair stipend in our course. The student can also do an internship from a different college but there they don't get a stipend.

Placement Experience

4.5

There is nothing called placement in our medical field as compared to the engineering college. But the students who passout from my college gets a salary of around Rs 70000 to Rs 100000 per month which is quite a good salary. The salary also varies from state to state and the medical college which u have joined for working. I have a plan of working in a good medical hospital after I get my degree.

Fees and Financial Aid

The college tuition fee was Rs 1200000 in my academic year but now it is Rs 1600000. The college increases the course fee per 3 years. The hostel charge is Rs 110000 and the Mess charge is Rs 35000 which is quite faring for a double-bedded attached bathroom room. The college provides scholarship to 3 academic holders. They give Rs 100000 to 1st ranker and Rs 70000 to 2nd and Rs 50000 to 3rd ranker.

Campus Life

4

The annual fest CHIMERA is organised by the students for the students in the month may every year... Multiple events are organised including sports, cultural and quizzes. Exciting gifts and trophies are given to students who win in the competitions. Also, campus life is safe and healthy. The environment is full of greenery and ample lighting is present. The classrooms are fully air-conditioned and are smart classes which big LCD screens.

Hostel Facilities

4

The hostel room is a double-bedded room in which an attached bathroom and a chair table and wardrobe are provided to each student. Also, there is an in time for girls which changes according to the seniority. The baseline in time is 7 Am for girls. The meal quality at the mess is ok. But the problematic thing is the mess menu is quite constant which adds boredom to the eating. The registration process is quite simple and is done at the time of admission to the college only. We just have to fill a hostel living form.

My inclination towards the profession came from my father. There should be research opportunities for interested students. There should be more interactive sessions with students and MCQ tests on a regular basis.

The course that I chose is MBBS. Every aspirants know that how nobel this profession is. We are hearing of rumors like we'll be having NExT exam so according to that a little bit change is needed like shifting ophthalmology and ENT to final year and MCQ pattern for our exam. Difficulty level of exams is moderate. You get some basic questions. Some desirable to know type of questions

Course Curriculum Overview:

MBBS Course which is around 5.5 yr is very difficult course as it will make you a doctor which is on of the most prestigious profession .Here you not only read theory but practical aspect is also more important. Students deal with patients in hospitals while studying clinical subjects. Here whole course is divided in 3 proff+ internship for around 6 months . 3rd proff is around again divided into 2 phase . In each year you have to appear at least 3 internal exams and one university exam which consist of both theory and practical examination. To pass the exam you have to secure atleast 40% in theory and in practical separately and 50% aggregately.Teaching method given by NMC is quite effective and difficult also.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose it because I wanted money and respect which this course delivers. Teacher and student ratio is ok but nowadays there is a shortage of faculties, so pg students teach us sometimes. MBBS qualified and method is slide reading only. Term exams are on time but it's difficult u know it's mbbs it's tough. Passing is not always possible.
