The college maintains its brand value by placing students into the corporate world and also maintains a 100% placement record. Mostly the college has insurance subjects in the curriculum but other subjects are also taught. on the basis of CAT and CMAT score the college will allow admission.

I am a student fond of financial services, so insurance is the greatest opportunity that I have, so I choose NIA. There are 30 in-house faculty and also 40 teachers who have taught us as guest faculty. All faculties are excellent in their field and also very much experienced in their field. I got an internship in Royal Sundaram general insurance company under the rural business with a stipend of 10000 per month. My project was on the action plan for an insurance awareness campaign in khunti and Korba district. Manthan is a cultural fest that is organized by students at NIA. There are many committees like placement, sports, cultural, admission, HR, IT, social media committee. NIA offers a wide variety of training courses, research projects and also have books, journals, articles, insurance reports, directories, loose-leaf services, insurance laws, etc.

All the facilities are provided by hostel-like, basic requirement bed, bedsheet, washing machine, water cooler, table cupboard, table lamp, LAN services, geyser, etc. We are provided 4 times food in a day. the quality of the food is good enough. There are only 30 seats available for first-year boys and another 30 seats for second-year boys. Hostel facilities are available for all girls.

Mostly group discussion topics include current affairs, abstract topics, related to science fiction, social media, etc. In my Group discussion, the topic of discussion was the effect of social media on human life. Firstly for the admission purpose, the CAT and Cmat score is taken into account then followed by group discussion and personal interview.
