TNAU has its own system of Entrance examinations. You could also appear for ICAR examinations.

Internships Opportunities

College does not provide internship to the best of my knowledge, but there are a lot of contractual project positions that one could pursue as internships for gaining experience.

Placement Experience

There is an exclusive Directorate of Students Welfare that manages the placement activities for students. A lot of companies come regularly for placements, MNC's, reputed seed companies, farm/estate management firms, Banks, and a lot more to mention. The number of companies increase every year and we have many companies that repeatedly come every year.

College Events

There are so many festivals and programmes organised by the college students club. Both cultural and tech fests keep happening throughout the year keeping both the students, faculty and the auditoriums completely engaged year round. Inter collegiate and Intra collegiate cultural and sports fest being the highlights of all.

Alumni/Alumna

TNAU alumni association is a very strong team with a year wise region wise chapter system. They are all constantly interacting with one another and most of the placements are being made possible through such interactions.

Exam Structure

Semester system has now been renewed to trimester. This has increased the number of exams you might take but keeps you occupied and helps you revise the subject more often that you are closely associated with your topics than during the semester periods.

Faculty

The most experienced mentors I would say. There is also a team of advisory committee that mentors you throughout the submission of findings and many are still helping me out with various queries that I would get at work. It is a mixture one needs to be a little smart in identifying the right guide. In terms of his expertise in the chosen area of research.

Course Curriculum Overview:

curriculum is major aspect in this course ,structured curriculum which covering all upcoming and important fields of wildlife biology. Admission:

I have much affinity to nematology course once I got exposed in my bachelor's degree. So I decided to do my master's programme in that specific course. Regarding my admission process it's quite difficult job. I prepared for about 6 months to get through entrance exams.

Remarks:

now so many private agriculture colleges were started , these are not good in future students . now a days msc complested students are assistant proffessors in private colleges only approved good facility for lab and classrooms and well educated teachers only appointed for teaching

My college - TNAU

This is the top universities in Tamilnadu. 12th mark is enough for the admission in this college. The cut-off mark is about 195 for MBC Category and 197 for BC Category and 189 for SC Category. And for engineering Student the cut-off is about 178. For the other state students they need to write ICAR exam for the admission. I choose this college because of the top 1st in Tamilnadu.
