Course Curriculum Overview

Yes courses we are studying is very good and can be opted for my research projects too and also the course ensure students knowledge on the core subject what we had registered to study. so according to curriculum it's really fantastic for subject lovers.

Placement Experience

Regarding placements, we have lot of MNC chemical companies who are ready to hire us to formulate a better nematicides to control the recasting problem caused by them.There is no intern programme as we are now focusing purely on academics to finish our course work successfully.

College Events

Seminars on research topics will be conducted and periodical training wil be given to farmers.So that they can gain hands on experience on controlling pest whic causes drastic loss to their field. So

Hostel Facilities

Suprb infrastructure facilities in hostel which provides good environment for students. It provoides free accessible WiFi to students which can help them to gain more research resources what they actually need at any time.

Admission

I have much affinity to nematology course once I got exposed in my bachelor's degree. So I decided to do my master's programme in that specific course. Regarding my admission process it's quite difficult job. I prepared for about 6 months to get through entrance exams.

Faculty

Coming to faculties of my department, they are very veteran professors having wide knowledge on subject. It's pleasure to work with them for upcoming years.proffessors are very friendly and down to earth in my department which makes students to stick on subject easily.

Remarks:

now so many private agriculture colleges were started , these are not good in future students . now a days msc complested students are assistant proffessors in private colleges only approved good facility for lab and classrooms and well educated teachers only appointed for teaching

This is the top universities in Tamilnadu. 12th mark is enough for the admission in this college. The cut-off mark is about 195 for MBC Category and 197 for BC Category and 189 for SC Category. And for engineering Student the cut-off is about 178. For the other state students they need to write ICAR exam for the admission. I choose this college because of the top 1st in Tamilnadu.
