Remarks

It's near to my house! And is one of the best in Kerala autonomous colleges. The college provides a lot of infrastructure and a heap of facilities. Teachers and staff members are friendly and are free to help me a lot! One of the best certificate as we pass out from the college, being in MG University. Overall due to corona I miss my college.

Course Curriculum Overview

Very good and is encouraging, with one of the best teachers to lead us through our college life! I am very much satisfied with my college and have I never got in a tough situation that made my college pathetic.

Placement Experience

There are 7-8 companies in our college which off placement and are one of the best companies in town! They offer moderate Salary package also, and are looking for the best in best class employees.

College Events

Campus life is one of the main things I miss now. The campus is filled with an big infrastructure which allows to fall in love. There are many more clubs like NSS, NCC etc which allow the students to fall in love.

Fee Structure And Facilities

I got an arts quota! And do not charge at all. The fees structure is very friendly and in addition there is no exam fees. They even give us leave dates to repay, actually I have a lot of pocket money left after even paying the fees. And is not an headache.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel is not that much satisfactory as there is only sports hostel and we have to depend on third parties to give us hostel facilities! And I hear from students that the food ain't that good.

Hostel Fee: INR 34000 per year

Admission

I had an interview. Yes, there are tests which are conducted in my college for merit students. As I had average marks and passed all the expectations I was selected on arts quota through my certificates I achieved.

A Decent College for BSc chemistry students

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choosed this degree for me to pursue higher studies in uk or foreign country to study cosmetics related field. So for that bsc chemistry degree must have But this curriculum doesn't teach something base to that I think so.. For further studies the teachers need improvement to teach certain topics some teachers didn't even prepare to study students and lab safety is not in the lab.Because of the teaching the portions are done in last minutes and often exams are difficult in major subjects so they need to improve their study methods and often approach students nicely..

Placement Experience:

Placements cells are supportive in terms of networking with different companies and are readily active for the students competing in getting internships and placements. The college has a tie up with different companies like Infosys , Wipro , Deloitte , IBM , NVIDIA , Deshaw Private Limited etc. Students become eligible from semester 5 onwards for on campus placements. The offers made by these companies are 8 LPA to 9 LPA by deloitte , innfosys , and IBM but the highest package is being offered by Deshaw and NVIDIA that is 60 LPA and 47 LPA. The average package is around 11 LPA and the percentage of students getting placed are above 80%. My plan after getting the degree is to work for an IT Company to get the hands on knowledge about what the current technologies demand and get experienced in that and work further upon it.

Placement Experience:

From semester 5 the opportunity to get a job is out there. Many companies comes to interview and they swlect the apt ones. Sun, Mahendra etc are some of the companies i remember. The highesr package for freshers is like 15000 a month. There is a high percentage of students getting placements its 80-85%.My plan is to study masters.

Placement Experience:

Good Placement actually depends upon the students only. The crowd inside the college should be highly capable and enthusiastic for learning. The problem at XIME is not the placement but the crowd and quality of students. The college have proper placements process. Centralized placements across the three campuses are followed. Although students need to pass certain criteria to sit in the placements such as maintaining a particular GPA.
