Remarks

Iit bbs one of the top iit of India and is also recognised in the world. It gives every student a better perspective for future. Every student dreams of studying here. The college has a very big campus with almost every facility available. Admission is through the jossa counselling.

Course Curriculum Overview

I was passionate about electrical engineering. Faculty student interaction is good. Most if the faculty have PhD's in their respective fields. Exams were at appropriate intervals which gave sufficient time to study.

Almost every student from the engineering department gets placed. The science department also has a healthy record as far as I know. There are various companies like Microsoft, Google, TCS, L&T which visits the college campus and recruits the best. Almost every student has a great review on the placement cell.Highest domestic CTC offered was 43.3 Lakhs per annum.

College Events

Campus infrastructure is good as per the students requirements. Each department is provided a seperate building and the campus has so many plants. Whole campus has a wifi connectivity. Library is full of so many books and provide extra service at time of exams. Labs are fully equipped

Placements are definitely there for coaching centres in my branch. Many big and reputed coaching institutions like akash, byjus etc came for recruitment. More R & D comapnis can be included. the nterview process and the packages were decent for the role offered.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The technical background and future influenced me to choose this course. The preparation for real-world applications or further academic pursuits are average. Theres no fair improvement needed in the course curriculum and teaching methods. The frequency of the exams are 2 sem exams and 4 quiz in class exams. The timings for sem exams are 3 hours while for quiz tests its 30 minutes. The difficulty level is average of all the exams

My college experience

I applied for geophysics and mining in ISM Dhanbad. But I filled my current college and branch above them. Also these branches are not very popular among students but as I didn't scored very well in my JEE advance examination, I had very few choices. To get into an IIT you first need to clear JEE mains cutoff and then clear JEE advance.
